內地男子涉相當巨額詐騙被拘
2024年7月5日清晨，治安警察局向本局轉交了一宗詐騙案件。
案情顯示，被害人在澳門賭博時認識涉案男子並成為朋友。2024年6月，兩人在澳門時，被害人向涉案男子表示想將手中的港元籌碼兌換成人民幣。涉案男子主動提出可以175,000港元兌換成164,500元人民幣。被害人信以為真，交出籌碼後兩人各自離開，但被害人一直未收到轉帳。7月4日，被害人在路氹城區某飯店附近發現涉案男子，雙方發生爭執，被害人隨即向附近的治安警員報案，報案稱損失175,000港元。
經本局經濟罪案調查處查證，涉案男子並無協助匯兌，而是在路氹城區某娛樂場賭博，並將大部分籌碼輸掉。
本局根據調查結果，以詐騙（相當巨額）罪將涉案男子移交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount
At the dawn of 5th July 2024, the Public Security Police Force transferred a case of fraud to the Judiciary Police.
Case details revealed that the victim had got acquainted with the involved man when he was gambling in Macao and then they became friends. In June 2024 when the duo were in Macao, the victim indicated to the involved man that he intended to exchange his HKD chips on hand into RMB. The involved man offered to exchange HKD175,000 for RMB164,500. After the unsuspecting victim handed over his chips, the duo left separately. However, the victim had yet to receive a transfer all along. On July 4th, the victim discovered the involved man in the vicinity of an eatery in Cotai district and the duo started to argue. The victim immediately reported to a Public Security Police officer nearby, claiming a loss of HKD175,000.
Upon verification by the Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police, the involved man had not assisted in the chips exchange but only gambled at a casino in Cotai district, with most of the chips gambled away.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of fraud (considerably huge amount).

Na madruga de 5 de Julho de 2024, o CPSP transferiu um caso de burla para a PJ.
De acordo com a investigação, a vitima concheceu o homem envolvido no caso enquanto jogava em Macau e tornaram-se amigos. Em Junho de 2024, quando estavam em Macau, a vítima disse ao homem em causa que queria trocar as suas fichas de dólares de Hong Kong em renminbis. O suspeito tomou a iniciativa de propor que podia trocar 175.000 HKD em 164.500 renminbis. A vítima acreditou nele e entregou as fichas, os dois depois saíram separadamente, contudo, a vítima não recebeu a transferência. No dia 4 de Julho, viu o suspeito nas proximidades de um estabelecimento de comidas na zona do Cotai, onde começaram a discutir, e a vítima fez de imediato queixa a um polícia do CPSP que estava perto, relatando que o prejuízo sofrido foi de 175.000 HKD.
Na investigação da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos, apurou que o homem em causa não tinha feito a troca do dinheiro, mas jogou num casino do Cotai e perdeu a maioria das fichas.
De acordo com o resultado da investigação, o suspeito foi presente ao Ministério Público por crime de burla (valor consideravelmente elevado).
