- Two mainlanders arrested for robbery and fraud
兩內地男女涉搶劫及詐騙被捕
2024年7月6日，本局接獲治安警察局通知，一名內地女子報稱於氹仔某娛樂渡假村內被一男一女搶去運動會門票。同日，治安警察局將案件移交本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進。
案情顯示，2024年7月6日，女事主手持娛樂場贈送的兩張運動會門票行經購物中心時，被一男一女搭訕，詢問其有關運動會門票事宜。期間，該名男子突然搶去女事主手中的兩張門票，兩人隨即逃去無蹤，女事主馬上報警求助。及後，女事主發現另一名男子在渡假村內向途人展示並兜售其被搶去的運動會門票。
本局根據女事主提供之資料，鎖定三名涉案人的外貌特徵及逃走軌跡，發現三人搶去女事主的門票後轉售予他人，並於犯案後經關閘口岸逃回內地。
2024年7月7日，其中兩名涉案男女再次入境本澳時被截獲。本局依調查所得，以搶劫及詐騙罪將兩人移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝另一名在逃涉案人。
Two mainlanders arrested for robbery and fraud
On 6th July, 2024, the Judiciary Police received a notification from the Public Security Police Force, that a mainland woman reported that a man and a woman had robbed her sports event tickets in a casino resort in Taipa. On the same day, the Public Security Police Force handed the case to the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police for follow up.
Case details revealed that on 6th July, 2024, when the female victim was walking by the shopping mall holding two sports event tickets given by the casino, a man and a woman came to talk to her and enquire her about the sports event tickets. During that time, the man suddenly snatched the two tickets from the hand of the female victim, and the duo fled the scene. The female victim called the police for help immediately. Later, the female victim found that another man was showing and selling the sports event tickets that was stolen from her to passers-by in the resort.
Based on the information provided by the female victim, the Judiciary Police identified the physical features and escape routes of the three involved persons. It was found that the three persons had snatched the tickets from the female victim and resold them to others. After committing the crime, they fled back to the mainland via the Border Gate checkpoint.
On 7th July, 2024, two of the involved man and woman were intercepted when they re-entered Macao. Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and fraud, while continuing to pursue the other involved person at large.
