內地漢涉巨額詐騙法辦
2023年6月4日至21日期間，本局先後接獲13名印尼籍男女報案，各人均報稱遭一名男子以介紹工作為由詐騙。
案情顯示，2023年4月至5月，各事主以旅客身份留澳期間經同鄉介紹認識涉案內地男子，對方自稱能介紹外地人到澳門工作，按工種分別收取每人6,000至11,000澳門元不等的介紹費，惟對方最終沒有為各事主介紹工作且失去聯絡。13名事主合共損失124,300澳門元。
本局經濟罪案調查處跟進調查，於2024年7月7日涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境時將其截獲。經查，有強烈跡象顯示涉案內地男子並無能力安排他人來澳工作，有關騙款已被其全數賭敗。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for fraud of massive amount
Between 4th and 21st June 2023, the Judiciary Police received reports from 13 Indonesians successively, all of whom reported that they had been defrauded by a man under the pretext of job referral.
Case details revealed that between April and May 2023, the victims got acquainted with the involved mainland man via their compatriots during their stays in Macao as tourists. The opposite party claimed that he could refer foreigners to work in Macao and charged each of them a referral fee ranging from MOP6,000 to MOP11,000 based on the job nature. However, the opposite party failed to refer them jobs in the end and could not be reached, inflicting a total loss of MOP124,300 on the 13 victims.
The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police followed up the investigation and intercepted the involved mainland man when he entered Macao via the Border Gate Checkpoint on 7th July 2024. Upon investigation, there were strong indications showing that the involved mainland man was not capable of arranging others to work in Macao, and all of the relevant fraudulent proceeds had been gambled away.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (massive amount).

Entre os dias 4 e 21 de Junho de 2023, recebemos as denúncias de 13 pessoas da indonésia, alegando que foram burladas por um homem com falsas promessas de emprego.
Conforme o apurado, entre Abril e Maio de 2023, as vítimas vieram a Macau como turistas e conheceram o suspeito através de um compatriota. Na altura, o suspeito afirmou que podia arranjar empregos em Macau para não residentes e, conforme o tipo de emprego, cobrou a cada uma das vítimas uma comissão de 6.000 a 11.000 patacas. Contudo, o suspeito não cumpriu a promessa e acabou por se tornar incontactável. As treze vítimas sofreram um prejuízo total de 124.300 patacas.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos iniciou a investigação e o suspeito foi detido no dia 7 de Julho de 2024 aquando entrava em Macau através do posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. Na investigação delinearam-se fortes indícios de que o homem do continente não teria capacidade de arranjar emprego para as pessoas e que todo o montante burlado tinha sido perdido no jogo.
Com base nos resultados obtidos, o detido foi presente ao MP acusado de crime de burla (de valor elevado).
