本澳男女涉嚴重脅迫、剝奪他人行動自由及不當扣留證件被拘
2024年4月29日早上，本局接報黑沙環區一大廈發生一宗東南亞地區家傭跳樓自殺事件。本局侵犯人身罪案調查科展開調查，查悉死者女僱主及其男友於4月28日發現家中約值6萬澳門元現金及財物失竊，並在死者床上尋獲被竊利是封，故懷疑為死者所為。兩人待死者回家後立即扣起其護照及手提電話並翻查其通訊記錄，在長達三小時的深夜盤問下，死者終承認盜竊。涉案本澳男子為防死者取回護照及手提電話後逃走，以透明膠紙綑綁死者雙手並取走其護照後離開單位。直至29日清晨，涉案本澳女子再次就盜竊一事質問死者，死者因此逃到廁所內以剪刀割手自殘，涉案本澳女子制止後召來涉案本澳男子，兩人不斷要求死者交代。死者最終不堪壓力，在早上約8時衝入廁所後將門反鎖，兩人打開廁門後發現死者已從氣窗攀出並墮下至大廈平台，涉案本澳女子見狀立即報警。
本局人員經深入分析後，於7月10日在涉案本澳男子經關閘口岸離境時將其截獲，並通傳涉案本澳女子到本局作進一步調查，發現兩人於事發當日接受調查時刻意隱瞞曾扣起死者證件和手提電話，以及綑綁死者雙手以防止其逃走等涉嫌犯罪的情節。
本局根據調查所得，以嚴重脅迫罪、剝奪他人行動自由罪及不當扣留證件罪將兩名涉案本澳男女移送檢察院偵辦。
Macao man and woman arrested for aggravated duress, deprivation of other’s freedom of movement and inappropriate detention of identification document
On the morning of 29th April 2024, the Judiciary Police received a report that a Southeast Asian domestic helper had committed suicide by jumping from a building in the Areia Preta district. The Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation and uncovered that the female employer of the deceased and her boyfriend found around MOP60,000 worth of cash and valuables stolen from their home on April 28th, and recovered the stolen red packet on the bed of the deceased, hence suspected that the deceased had committed the crime. The duo seized the passport and mobile phone of the deceased and thumbed through her communication records therein right after she returned home. After up to three hours of late-night interrogation, the deceased eventually confessed to the theft. In an attempt to prevent the deceased from fleeing after retrieving her passport and mobile phone, the involved Macao man tied her hands with transparent adhesive tape and took away her passport before leaving the residential unit. Until the early morning of 29th, the involved Macao woman questioned the deceased again about the theft, the latter therefore fled to the bathroom and mutilated herself by cutting her hands with a pair of scissors. The involved Macao woman stopped her and then called the involved Macao man in, the duo subsequently kept demanding an explanation from the deceased. Unable to bear the pressure, the deceased eventually rushed into the bathroom at about 8 a.m. in the morning and locked the door behind her. After opening the bathroom door, the duo found that the deceased had already climbed out of the ventilation window and fallen to the terrace of the building, upon which the involved Macao woman immediately reported to the police.
Subsequent to in-depth analysis by the Judiciary Police personnel, the involved Macao man was intercepted upon leaving Macao via the Border Gate checkpoint on July 10th, and the involved woman was also summoned to the Judiciary Police for further investigation. It was revealed that when the duo was under investigation on the day of the incident, they had deliberately concealed the alleged criminal circumstances of having seized the identification document and mobile phone of the deceased, and tied her hands to prevent her from escaping, etc.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved Macao man and woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated duress, deprivation of other’s freedom of movement and inappropriate detention of identification document.

Em 29 de Abril de 2024, a PJ recebeu um caso de suicídio na zona Areia Preta, no qual se relatava que uma empregada doméstica do Sudeste Asiático atirou-se do prédio. A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa iniciou a investigação e apurou que, em 28 de Abril, a empregadora da vítima e o seu namorado descobriram que cerca de 60.000 patacas em dinheiro e alguns bens tinham sido furtados na sua casa, estes foram encontrados num envelope vermelho na cama da empregada, pelo que se suspeitou que tinha sido a autora do furto. Posteriormente, quando a empregada voltou para casa, os suspeitos exigiram o passaporte e o telemóvel dela e consultaram os seus registos de chamadas e conversas, além disso, durante a madrugada interrogaram a vítima três horas, pelo que esta confessou de ter praticado o furto. Para evitar que a vítima fugisse ao receber de volta o passaporte e o telemóvel, o homem amarrou as mãos da empregada com fita-cola, guardou o passaporte e saiu da casa. Na manhã de 29, a empregadora interrogou mais uma vez a vítima, esta correu para a casa de banho e cortou-se a mão com a tesoura, a outra conseguiu interromper-la e chamou o homem para que voltasse para casa, e continuaram a interrogar a vítima. No fim, como a vítima não aguentava a pressão, por volta das 8 horas da manhã correu para a casa de balho e trancou a porta, quando os dois conseguiram abrir a porta, verificaram que a vítima tinha-se atirado pela janela e tinha caido na plataforma, a mulher fez então a denúncia.
Após uma análise profunda dos dados recolhidos, em 10 de Julho, o homem foi detido quando saía do território pelo Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco, e a mulher foi convocada para comparecer na PJ para a investigação, durante o interrogatório verificou-se que no dia do incidente, os dois detidos ocultaram a apreensão do documento e do telemóvel da vítima e o facto de ter-lhe amarrado as mãos para evitar que fugisse.
Conforme o apurado, os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por coacção grave, sequestro e retenção indevida de documento.
