兩內地漢涉盜竊車內財物就逮
2024年7月10日，本局接獲事主報案，稱當日下午在氹仔一路邊停車位泊車後，在沒有鎖上車門的情況下離開車輛進入便利店約5分鐘，取車時發現車內一個內藏5.5萬港元現金及約1,000港元現金籌碼的白色手袋不翼而飛。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科跟進調查，鎖定兩名內地男子涉案，同日晚上於中區一賓館房間內將其截獲，即場搜出其作案時所穿衣物，並成功起回涉案贓款及籌碼。經查，其中一名涉案內地男子在現場負責把風，另一名涉案內地男子則負責進入車內盜竊。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將兩名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Two mainland men arrested for theft in vehicle
On 10th July 2024, the Judiciary Police received a report from the victim, who stated that on the afternoon of that day, after parking the car at an on-street parking space in Taipa, the victim left the car without locking it and entered a convenient store for around 5 minutes. When the victim returned to the car, a white handbag placed in the car with HKD 55,000 in cash and cash chips worth around HKD 1,000 inside was missing.
Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police conducted follow-up investigation and identified the two involved mainland men, then intercepted them in a room of a guesthouse in the Central district on the night of the same day. The clothes they wore during perpetration were found there, and the involved stolen money and chips were successfully retrieved. Investigation revealed that one of the involved mainland men posted as a lookout at the scene while the other one entered the car to carry out the theft.
The Judiciary Police transferred the two involved mainland men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft based on investigative findings.
Detidos dois homens do Continente por furto em veículo
No dia 10 de Julho de 2024, recebemos a denúncia de um indivíduo, na qual dizia que naquela, tinha deixado o carro destrancado num lugar de estacionamento à beira dum passeio da Taipa para entrar numa loja de conveniência. Passados cinco minutos, quando regressou ao carro, verificou que a sua mala branca, onde estavam guardados 55.000 HKD de dinheiro e fichas no valor de cerca de 1.000 HKD, tinha desaparecido.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade acompanhou a investigação e identificou dois suspeitos, do continente. Na mesma noite, os dois foram detidos no quarto de uma pensão da zona central, onde foram encontrados a roupa que usavam aquando do cometimento do crime. Além disso, foram recuperados o dinheiro e as fichas em causa. Na investigação, verificou-se que um deles vigiava o local enquanto o outro furtava no carro.
Com base nos resultados obtidos da investigação, os dois suspeitos foram presentes ao MP acusados de furto qualificado.
