本澳男子涉盜竊車內財物及相當巨額詐騙被拘
2024年7月15日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗車內盜竊案。案情顯示，事主於7月13日上午將其私家車停泊於北區一停車場內，7月15日取車時發現存放在車內的一枚價值32萬港元的名錶失竊。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科跟進調查，鎖定一名本澳男子涉案，於7月17日下午在黑沙環區將其截獲。經查，涉案本澳男子盜取上述腕錶並將之帶到新口岸區一押店典當，獲得2.5萬港元後攜款到娛樂場內賭博並輸清；其後涉案本澳男子向友人借款贖回腕錶後再將之帶到中區一押店典當，獲得18萬港元後攜款到娛樂場內賭博並再次輸清。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪及詐騙（相當巨額）罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man apprehended for theft in vehicle and fraud of considerably huge amount
On 15th July 2024, the Public Security Police Force transferred a case of theft in vehicle to the Judiciary Police. Case details revealed that the victim, who had parked his car in a car park in the Northern district on the morning of July 13th, found that the HKD320,000 luxury watch placed by him inside the car had been stolen when he returned to his car on July 15th.
The Section for Offences Against Property of the Judiciary Police followed up the investigation and identified a local man, who was intercepted in the Areia Preta district on the afternoon of July 17th. Investigation revealed that after the involved local man had stolen the abovementioned watch, he pawned it at a pawn shop in the ZAPE district and obtained HKD25,000, which was subsequently gambled away in the casino. After that, the involved local man borrowed money from his friend to redeem the watch, and pawned it at another pawn shop in the Central district to obtain HKD180,000, and he gambled the proceeds away in the casino again.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences aggravated theft and fraud (considerably huge amount).
Detido um residente por furto em veículo e burla em valor consideravelmente elevado
No dia 15 de Julho de 2024, recebemos um caso de furto em veículo transferido pelo CPSP. Conforme o apurado, na manhã do dia 13 de Julho, a vítima deixou o seu carro estacionado num Auto-Silo da zona Norte. Contudo, quando foi buscar o carro no dia 15 de Julho, verificou que o relógio de luxo, no valor de 320.000 HKD, que se encontrava no carro tinha desaparecido.
O pessoal da Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade acompanhou a investigação do caso e identificou um homem residente, que foi detido na tarde do dia 17 de Julho na Zona da Areia Preta. Conforme o apurado, o suspeito furtou o relógio de luxo e penhorou-o por 25.000 HKD numa casa de penhores do NAPE, o montante que conseguiu foi perdido tudo no casino. Posteriormente, o suspeito pediu um empréstimo a um amigo para levantar o relógio, que depois foi penhorado novamente numa outra casa de penhores da Zona Central, onde conseguiu 180.000 HKD, que também acabou por perder tudo no casino.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, o homem foi presente ao MP pelos crimes de furto qualificado e burla de valor consideravelmente elevado.
