珠澳警方聯合速破搶劫案　拘一人

2024年7月28日凌晨約5時40分，本局接獲治安警察局通知在澳門新口岸區一家典當店內發生一宗持刀搶劫案件，要求本局介入處理。案情顯示，當日凌晨約5時作案人佯裝成購物客人進入典當店，然後突然將店舖大閘關上，並手持水果刀架在女店員頸部，要脅女店員打開店內的藏款抽屜，期間，店內其他職員嘗試阻止作案人犯案，但作案人以水果刀作威脅嚇退店員。最終，作案人從店內抽屜中拿走了合共14.5萬港元現金，迅速逃離現場。事件中女店員頸部受傷，並已在醫院進行驗傷及治療。

本局搶劫罪案調查科人員跟進調查發現，作案人在案發後乘坐計程車到關閘口岸，然後逃回內地。為此，本局立即啟動了與內地警方的警務聯絡機制，將案件通報予內地警方。在廣東省公安廳指揮下，珠海市公安局全力展開調查，在案發後的4小時內成功在珠海市拘捕涉了涉案的搶劫犯。珠海警方暫時拘捕了一名嫌疑人，並正深入調查是否有其他人參與或涉及此案。

這起案件的成功偵破，凸顯了本局與內地警方的高效警務機制，並展示了兩地警方持續打擊跨境犯罪的決心和能力。

Zhuhai-Macao Police jointly and promptly solved robbery case with one arrestee

On 28th July 2024, around 5:40am, the Public Security Police Force informed the Judiciary Police of a knife robbery case which took place in a pawnshop at ZAPE in Macao, requesting the Judiciary Police for interventional handling.

Case details revealed that, around 5:00am that day, the perpetrator, who impersonated a shopper, entered the pawnshop, then suddenly shut the main gate of the shop and held a knife to the neck of a female attendant, while coercing her to open the cash drawer in the shop.  During the course, other staff in the shop tried to stop the perpetration, but were threatened and scared off by the knife-wielding perpetrator.  Finally, the perpetrator took away a total of HKD145,000 in cash from the drawer of the shop, and swiftly fled the scene.  In the incident, the female attendant, whose neck had been injured, underwent injury examination and treatment in the hospital.

Follow-up investigation by officers of the Section of Robbery Offences Section revealed that, after committing the crime, the perpetrator went to the Border Gate by taxi, and subsequently fled back to the mainland.  Therefore, the Judiciary Police immediately initiated the police liaison mechanism with the mainland police, whereby reporting the case to the mainland police.  Under the command of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, the Zhuhai Public Security Bureau launched an all-out investigation, and successfully arrested the involved robber at Zhuhai in four hours after the perpetration.  Having arrested one suspect so far, the Zhuhai Police is investigating thoroughly whether other people had participated or were involved in the case.

The successful crackdown of this case has highlighted the efficient police mechanism between the Judiciary Police and mainland police, while demonstrating the determination and ability of the police in both places to fight consistently against cross-border crimes.

Resolução rápida de um caso de roubo, detido um homem com a colaboração da polícia de Zhuhai

No dia 28 de Julho de 2024, cerca das 05h40 da madrugada, fomos informados pelo CPSP da ocorrência de um caso de furto com arma branca numa casa de penhores da ZAPE em Macau, solicitava-se a nossa intervenção. Conforme o apurado, por volta das 05h00 da madrugada desse dia, o autor entrou na casa de penhores, como se fosse um cliente. Subitamente, fechou o portão da loja e encostou uma faca ao pescoço de uma funcionária, obrigando-a a abrir a gaveta onde guardava o dinheiro da casa de penhores. Durante o sucedido, outros funcionários da loja tentaram impedir a actuação, mas foram ameaçados e assustados com uma faca para fruta. O autor acabou por roubar 145.000 HKD da gaveta da loja e fugiu do local. A funcionária ficou ferida no pescoço e foi levada ao hospital.

O pessoal da Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação e verificou que o homem, após ter cometido o crime, apanhou um táxi para o posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco e fugiu para o continente. Assim, a Polícia Judiciária activou de imediato o mecanismo de ligação policial e comunicou o caso à Polícia da China continental. Com o comando da Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong, a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai lançou a investigação e conseguiu deter o autor em Zhuhai menos de quatro horas após o crime. Até ao momento, a Polícia de Zhuhai deteve um suspeito e está a realizar uma investigação aprofundada para verificar se outras pessoas participaram ou estiveram envolvidas no caso.

A resolução com sucesso deste caso, para além de destacar a grande eficácia do mecanismo de comunicação entre a PJ e a Polícia do continente, demonstra ainda a determinação e a capacidade de ambas as jurisdições no combate à criminalidade transfronteiriça.
