本澳男女分涉販吸毒被拘
本局毒品罪案調查處根據情報得悉一名本澳居民涉嫌販毒，經調查後掌握涉案本澳女子身份並進行部署，於2024年7月30日晚在氹仔區將其截獲，並在其住所內再截獲一名本澳男子，搜出一個沾有“冰”毒痕跡的小膠袋、打火機和吸毒工具。
經查，兩名涉案本澳男女均承認吸毒，其中涉案本澳男子供稱毒品由涉案本澳女子提供，而上述沾有毒品的膠袋乃涉案本澳女子於數天前在本澳以900澳門元向他人購買“冰”毒後，兩人在住所吸毒所遺下。兩人的尿液檢測結果皆對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局以不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪和不適當持有器具或設備罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦；而涉案本澳女子除上述兩罪外，亦涉及較輕的生產及販賣罪，本局將之一併送交檢察院處理，並繼續追查毒品來源及其餘在逃涉案人。
Local man and woman arrested for drug trafficking and drug consumption respectively
Following intelligence, the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police learnt that a Macao resident was involved in drug trafficking, identifying the involved local woman and making deployment upon investigation. She was intercepted in Taipa on the evening of 30 July 2024. A local man was also intercepted at her residence, where a small plastic bag stained with traces of the drug “ice”, a lighter and drug paraphernalia were seized.
During investigation, the two involved locals admitted to have consumed drugs. The involved local man had allegedly obtained the drug from the involved local woman, who had purchased “ice” for MOP 900 in Macao a few days earlier. The said plastic bag stained with the drug was left behind after they had consumed it at the residence. Their drug urine tests came back positive.
The Judiciary Police transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office the involved local man for the charges of illegal consumption of narcotics and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensil or equipment, and the involved local woman for the charge of a minor offence of production and trafficking, in addition to the two aforesaid charges, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drug and the remaining involved persons at large.
Deditos um homem e uma mulher locais por tráfico e consumo de droga
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefaciente recebeu informações que indicavam que uma residente de Macau estaria a traficar droga. Na investigação, identificou uma mulher local e preparou-se a operação. Na noite de 30 de Julho, a suspeita foi detida na Taipa, e na residência dela foi encontrado um homem local, foi apreendido um pacote pequeno com vestígios de “ice”, um isqueiro e instrumentos para consumo de droga.
Na investigação, as duas pessoas admitiram consumir droga, o homem confessou que a substância foi fornecida pela mulher, e o saco de plástico que continha restos da droga tinha sido também comprada à mesma melher dias antes por 900 patacas, e que era o que sobrou após o consumo dos dois na residência. Ambos resultaram positivos à droga no exame das urinas.
O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de consumo ilícito de droga e detenção indevida utensílio ou equipamento; a mulher também foi acusado por mesmos crimes e produção e tráfico de menor gravidade. A PJ vai continuar a investigar o caso para apurar a origem da substância e outros eventuais cúmplices.
