搗破盜竊集團 三印尼漢就擒
2024年7月13日晚，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗發生在北區一店舖外的盜竊案件。案中女事主於上址購物時發現其背包內的5萬澳門元被盜。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科展開調查，鎖定三名印尼籍男子涉案，經部署後於7月14日傍晚在中區截獲其中兩名涉案印尼籍男子，在其住所內檢獲其作案時所穿衣物，並起回部分涉案的港元、人民幣及美元現金，折合約2.6萬澳門元。其後本局人員在第三名涉案印尼籍男子經港珠澳大橋口岸離境時將其緝獲。
經查，三名涉案印尼籍男子於7月13日傍晚在北區尋找盜竊目標，在發現事主後即上前將其包圍，再分工進行掩護、把風及行竊，得手後三人散開再在別處會合並逃離現場。部分涉案贓款已被三人賭敗及匯往印尼。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊及犯罪集團罪將三名涉案印尼籍男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其有否涉及其他案件以及其餘涉案贓款下落。
Theft syndicate cracked with three Indonesian men nabbed
On the night of 13th July 2024, the Public Security Police Force transferred a theft case to the Judiciary Police, which had occurred outside a shop in the northern district. While the female victim of the case was shopping at the aforesaid location, she found that, the MOP50,000 inside her backpack had been stolen.
The Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation, and identified three Indonesian men to be involved in the case. Upon deployment, on the evening of July 14th, two of the involved Indonesian men were intercepted in the central district. The clothing worn by the duo during crime perpetration were seized, while recovering part of the involved money (HKD, RMB and USD in cash) equivalent to approximately MOP26,000 inside their residence. Subsequently, personnel of the Judiciary Police seized the third involved Indonesian man as he departed via the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge Checkpoint.
Upon investigation, it was learnt that, the three involved Indonesian men had been scouring for a theft target on the evening of July 13th in the northern district. Having eyed on the victim, they went over to the woman and surrounded her. They then divided their duties, taking up the roles in covering up their act, posing as the lookout and stealing the money. Once they had succeeded, the trio dispersed and met up at another place and fled the scene. Part of the ill-gotten gains were gambled away or remitted to Indonesia by the trio.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved Indonesian men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and criminal syndicate, while continuing to track down if they were involved in other cases as well as the whereabouts of the remaining ill-gotten gains.

Na noite de 13 de julho de 2024, o CPSP transferiu para a PJ um caso de furto, ocorrido no exterior de uma loja da zona norte. Enquanto a vítima do caso fazia compras no referido local, descobriu que as 50.000 patacas que tinha na sua mochila tinham sido furtadas.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes contra o Património iniciou uma investigação e identificou três homens indonésios suspeitos. Após várias horas de seguimento, na noite de 14 de Julho, dois dos indonésios suspeitos foram detidos na zona central. As roupas utilizadas pela dupla durante a prática do crime foram apreendidas, foi recuperada também parte do dinheiro envolvido (HKD, RMB e USD em dinheiro), equivalente a aproximadamente MOP26.000, dentro da residência. Posteriormente, foi detido o terceiro indivíduo indonésio quando este estava a sair da fronteira da ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau.
Na investigação, descobriu-se que os três detidos estavam à procura de um alvo para roubar na noite de 13 de Julho, na zona norte. Depois de avistarem a vítima, aproximaram-se da mulher e cercaram-na. Dividiram então as funções, um encobria, outro vigiava e o terceiro roubava. Assim que o conseguiram, os três dispersaram e encontraram-se noutro local. Parte do dinheiro roubado foi perdida ao jogo, parte enviada para a Indonésia .
Com base nos resultados da investigação, os três homens detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público pelos crimes de furto qualificado e associação criminosa, continua-se a investigar se haverá envolvimento noutros casos, bem como o paradeiro do restante dinheiro.
