本澳女子涉加重盜竊被拘
2024年7月22日，本局接獲新口岸區一娛樂場檢舉，稱轄下一名娛樂場區域監場女主任於當值期間先後三次、每次從珠盤內盜取一枚面值10萬港元的現金籌碼，得手後將籌碼藏於腰間，懷疑趁下班時將之帶離娛樂場。其首三次作案已盜取合共30萬港元現金籌碼。
本局博彩罪案調查處隨即展開調查及部署。8月4日下午，本局人員發現涉案本澳女子於當值期間再度以上述手法盜竊籌碼，遂立即採取行動將之拘捕，並即場在其身上搜獲一枚黏有膠紙的10萬港元現金籌碼。
經查，涉案本澳女子從2024年6月起，先後四次乘職務之便以藏於掌心的膠紙黏走珠盤內的10萬港元籌碼，並於下班時帶離娛樂場。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案本澳女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其餘贓款下落。
Local woman arrested for aggravated theft
A casino in ZAPE reported to the Judiciary Police on 22nd July 2024 that one of its female casino pit supervisors, while working on duty, had successively stolen a cash chip with a face value of HKD 100,000 from the chip tray on each of three occasions. She had then hidden the stolen chips at her waist and suspectedly taken them out of the casino when she left work. She had stolen cash chips that totalled HKD 300,000 in her first three perpetrations.
The Gaming-related Crimes Division officers of the Judiciary Police promptly launched investigation and made deployment. On the afternoon of August 4th, the Judiciary Police officers, discovering that the involved local woman was stealing chips again in the aforesaid manner while on duty, instantly took action to arrest her, seizing a sellotaped HKD 100,000 cash chip on her at the scene.
It was found that the involved local woman had taken advantage of her duty, on four occasions since June 2024, to use adhesive tape hidden in her palm to surreptitiously take away from the chip tray HKD 100,000 chips, which she had taken out of the casino when she got off work.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the remaining stolen proceeds.
Detida uma mulher de Macau por furto qualificado
No dia 22 de Julho de 2024, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um casino do ZAPE, dizendo que uma supervisora do seu casino, durante o serviço, furtou por três vezes fichas de 100.000 HK$ numa roleta, escondendo-as na sua cintura, suspeita-se que tenha saído depois do casino no fim de turno com as fichas. Nas primeiras três actuações a suspeita furtou fichas no valor de 300.000 HK$.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo iniciou imediatamente a investigação e organizou uma acção, na tarde de 4 de Agosto, o pessoal da PJ verificou-se que a suspeita, durante o serviço, praticou de novo o crime com o mesmo método, assim, entraram em acção imediatamente, a suspeita foi detida e no local foi confiscada uma ficha de 100.000 HK$ que estava na sua posse e que tinha fita-cola.
Na investigação, verificou-se que, desde Junho de 2024, a detida, aproveitando das suas funções, actuou quatro vezes e furtou fichas de 100.000 HK$ com a fita-cola escondida na palma da mão na roleta e saiu depois do casino no fim de turno com as fichas.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado. A PJ continua à procura do restante dinheiro.
