粵澳警方合作偵破入屋爆竊案 兩內地漢落網
2024年8月4日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生於西望洋馬路的入屋盜竊案。案情顯示，案發單位戶主因外遊而委託其親戚每日到單位打點家務，其親戚於2024年8月4日中午到達案發單位時發現單位被人入內盜竊，現場遺下兩柄鐵筆、一柄鐵錘、一柄鐵鏟、兩個尼龍袋等作案工具以及大量血跡，故立即報警求助。經點算合共損失約1,000萬港元的首飾及現金。
本局搶劫罪案調查科迅速展開調查，鎖定一名內地男子涉案，並查悉其於8月3日晚獨自攜同作案工具攀爬進入案發單位爆竊，作案期間因受傷而遺下血跡，得手後徒步離開現場途中為逃避警方追查而將作案時所穿並染有血跡的衣服棄掉，其後前往新口岸區一酒店房間與一名內地男子會面，並於8月4日凌晨經橫琴口岸潛逃內地。
本局隨即透過緊急警務聯絡機制通報內地警方請求協助，在廣東省公安廳指揮下，珠海警方於同日下午成功拘捕作案人並起回大部分贓物；與此同時，本局人員亦於上述酒店內緝獲與作案人會面的涉案內地男子，檢獲一個懷疑用作盛載贓物的染血環保袋，並在案發單位附近草叢檢獲染血衣物。調查發現涉案內地男子蓄意隱瞞作案人的犯罪事實。
本局根據調查所得，以袒護他人罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。是次案件得以成功偵破並迅速拘捕身處內地的作案人，充分反映粵澳兩地警務合作機制暢通有效，並彰顯兩地警方合作打擊跨境犯罪、共同維護社會治安的決心和能力。
Guangdong and Macao Police jointly cracked a house burglary case with two mainland men arrested
On 4th August 2024, the Judiciary Police received a house burglary case that took place at Estrada da Penha from the Public Security Police Force. Case details revealed that the owner of the household unit where the crime occurred was travelling abroad and entrusted her relative to come to the unit to take care of the housework daily. When her relative arrived at the unit at noon on August 4th, it was found that the unit had been broken into. Crime tools such as two crowbars, an iron hammar, an iron shovel and two nylon bags were left at the scene, as well as a lot of bloodstains; the relative thus reported the case to the police immediately. After calculating, jewelries and cash worth a total of HKD 10 million approximately were lost.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police swiftly launched an investigation, and identified the involved mainland man. It was found that he carried the crime tools and climbed into the involved unit alone to commit the burglary on the evening of August 3rd . During the crime, he was injured and left the bloodstains. After perpetration, he left the scene on foot and discarded the blood-stained clothing that he wore during the crime in order to evade police pursuit. He then went to a hotel room in ZAPE to meet up with a mainland man, and fled to the mainland via the Hengqing Port during the wee hours of August 4th .
The Judiciary Police informed the mainland Police and requested for assistance immediately via the emergency police communication mechanism. Under the command of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, the Zhuhai Police successfully apprehended the perpetrator on the same afternoon and recovered most of the stolen items. Meanwhile, the personnel of the Judiciary Police arrested the involved mainland man, who met up with the perpetrator, at the above-mentioned hotel. A blood-stained recycle bag suspected to have been used for carrying stolen items was seized, while blood-stained clothing was found on the grass near the involved unit. Investigation revealed that the involved mainland man deliberately concealed the criminal facts of the perpetrator.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of being partial to others. The successful crackdown of this case and the rapid arrest of the perpetrator who was in the mainland fully reflect the smooth and effective police cooperation mechanism between Guangdong and Macao, and demonstrate the determination and capability of the police forces of the two places to jointly combat cross-border crimes and maintain social order.
Resolvido um caso de furto em residência pelas polícias de Guangdong e Macau e detidos dois homens do continente
No dia 4 de Agosto de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de furto em residência que tinha ocorrido na Estrada da Penha, transferida pelo CPSP. Segundo o que foi apurado, por estar para fora de Macau, o proprietário daquele apartamento pediu a um seu familiar para ir visitar a casa todos os dias. Na tarde de 4 de Agosto de 2024, quando esta pessoa chegou ao apartamento, descobriu que tinha sido arrombado e furtado, e no local foram encontrados dois pés de cabra, um martelo, uma pá de ferro e dois sacos de nylon supostamente usados no crime, bem como manchas de sangue, assim fez imediatamente queixa à polícia. O prejuízo estimado em joias e dinheiro ronda os 10 milhões de HKD.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou rapidamente a investigação, conseguiu identificar um suspeito, homem do continente, foi apurado que, na noite de 3 de Agosto, o indivíduo tinha entrado sozinho no apartamento com os instrumentos usados no crime, e que durante a prática de crime, ficou ferido e deixou algums manchas de sangue. Após o furto, saiu do local e abandonou roupas manchadas de sangue no caminho para tentar escapar à investigação. O suspeito foi depois a um hotel no ZAPE para se encontrar com outro homem, também do continente. Na madrugada de 4 de Agosto, o suspeito fugiu para a China continental através do Posto Fronteiriço Hengqin.
A PJ entrou de imediato em contacto com a Polícia da China continental, através do mecanismo de comunicação policial urgente. Com o comando da Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong, na prórpia tarde, a Polícia da Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai deteve o suspeito e recuperou a maioria dos objectos furtados. Ao mesmo tempo, o nosso pessoal deteve outro homem envolvido no crime que se encontrou com o detido no hotel, e encontrou um saco de reciclagem com manchas de sangue, que se pensa ter sido usado para transportar os objectos furtados. Foram também apreendidas roupas com manchadas de sangue nos arbustos próximos do apartamento em causa. Na investigação, foi apurado que o detido pela PJ tinha encoberto dolosamente o crime.
Conforme a investigação, o homem detido em Macau foi presente ao MP por favorecimento pessoal. A acção bem-sucedida efectuada na investigação do caso e na detenção rápida do autor de crime na China continental, deve-se ao funcionamento eficaz do mecanismo de cooperação policial entre Guangdong e Macau, e demonstra também a determinação e a capacidade das polícias das duas jurisdições na cooperação no combate à criminalidade transfronteiriça e na defesa comum da segurança.
