偵破兇殺案 兩男女被捕
2024年8月7日下午，本局接報指路氹城區一酒店客房洗手間內發現一具男屍，隨即派員跟進並啟動嚴重案件現場勘查機制。經法醫鑑定，死者頸部有一處長約20厘米的致命傷。現場發現斷裂刀片，但未見完整凶器，且有清理痕跡。
根據本局侵犯人身罪案調查科深入調查，查悉死者從事非法兌換，近日租住案發酒店。8月7日清晨，死者在娛樂場賭博獲勝，將籌碼兌換成約250萬港元現金，上午10時返回客房。涉案男子5分鐘後進入，隨後取走一袋物品離開，期間將現金交給涉案女子兌換。中午12時，涉案男子返回並逗留3小時，下午3時取走兩袋物品後乘坐的士離開。
本局迅速鎖定兩名涉案人並追蹤其行蹤，先在娛樂場內尋獲涉案女子，搜獲約5萬港元現金和價值24萬港元籌碼贓款。另於接報後不足三小時內，在案發酒店附近抓獲涉案男子。
經調查，涉案男子跟隨死者從事非法兌換約三個月，因此，相信知悉死者持有巨款而殺人搶劫。本局在涉案男子身上及其居所搜獲約130萬港元。
同時，深入調查發現，涉案男子曾更換衣物，並丟棄染血衣物，還通過涉案女子以迂迴方式將部分搶劫死者所得的現金兌換成籌碼，再通過不認識的換錢黨以電子轉帳至內地銀行帳戶。此舉明顯旨在妨礙警方搜證及追查，反映出涉案男子具有較高反偵查能力。
本局根據調查所得，以加重殺人罪和加重搶劫罪將涉案男子、以清洗黑錢罪將涉案女子，一併移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查殺人工具、涉案確實金額及餘下贓款去向。
Two persons arrested in crackdown of homicide case
Having received a report on the afternoon of 7th August 2024 of the discovery of a male corpse in the bathroom of a hotel room in Cotai, the Judiciary Police promptly deployed officers for investigation and launched the mechanism of crime scene investigation for serious crimes. Forensic examination established that the deceased sustained a fatal injury on his neck that was around 20 cm long. No intact murder weapon other than a broken blade was found at the scene, which appeared to have been cleaned up.
In-depth investigation by the Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police revealed that the deceased, having engaged in illegal currency exchange, had stayed at the hotel recently. Before daybreak on August 7th, the deceased had won at the casino and cashed the chips for around HKD 2.5 million of cash before returning to his room at 10 a.m. The involved man entered around 5 minutes later, taking away a bag of items when he left. During that period, the cash was handed to the involved woman for exchange. The involved man returned at 12 noon and stayed for three hours, after which at 3 p.m., he left with two bags of items in a taxi.
The Judiciary Police rapidly identified and tracked the two involved persons, first locating the involved woman at the casino and seizing criminal proceeds of around HKD 50,000 of cash and HKD 240,000 of chips on her. In less than three hours of receiving the report, the involved man was captured in the vicinity of the hotel where the crime had taken place.
The involved man was found to have worked for the deceased in illegal currency exchange for around three months, hence, believably, his knowledge of the deceased’s possession of a king’s ransom and his perpetration of the fatal robbery. The Judiciary Police seized around HKD 1.3 million on him and at his residence.
Meanwhile, in-depth investigation indicated that the involved man had changed his clothes and disposed of his blood-stained ones, while circuitously exchanging some of the cash robbed from the deceased into chips through the involved woman. He had then electronically transferred the amount to bank accounts in mainland China through unknown money exchange gangs, apparently evading police investigations and search for evidence, a manifestation of his relatively high level of anti-detectability.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office the involved man for the charges of aggravated homicide and aggravated robbery and the involved woman for the charge of money laundering, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the murder weapon, the actual amount of money involved and the remaining criminal proceeds.
Resolvido um caso de homicídio e detidas duas pessoas
Na tarde de 7 de Agosto de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia indicando que foi descoberto um cadáver do sexo masculino na casa de banho de um quarto de hotel do Cotai, de imediato foi enviado pessoal para investigar e iniciar os procedimentos da inspecção num local de crime grave. Na perícia médico-legal foi encontrado o ferimento fatal, com cerca de 20 cm de comprimento, no pescoço da vítima. No local, foi encontrada uma lâmina partida mas não se encontrou a arma inteira usada no crime, e havia sinais de limpeza.
De acordo com a investigação aprofundada da Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a pessoa, apurou-se que a vítima efectuava troca ilegal de dinheiro e tinha alugado o quarto onde o crime ocorreu. Na madrugada de 7 de Agosto, este ganhou no jogo, trocou as suas fichas por cerca de 2,5 milhões de HKD em numerário e regressou ao seu quarto às 10 horas da manhã. O suspeito do homicídio entrou cinco minutos depois, em seguida saiu com um saco na mão, mais tarde entregou o dinheiro a uma mulher para que o trocasse. Às 12h00, o homem regressou ao quarto e permaneceu durante três horas. Às 15h00, levou saiu com dois sacos e apanhou um táxi.
A PJ conseguiu identificar rapidamente os dois suspeitos e procurou o paradeiro, encontrou primeiro a mulher no casino e apreendeu cerca de 50.000 HKD em numerário e fichas no valor de 240.000 HKD, supostamente dinheiro ligado ao crime. Em menos de três horas desde recebida a denúncia, o suspeito foi detido nas proximidades do hotel onde ocorreu o crime.
Na investigação, apurou-se que o detido trabalhava com a vítima na troca ilegal de dinheiro há cerca de três meses, por isso, acredita-se que este soube de que a vítima tinha ganho aquele dinheiro, matou-o e roubou o dinheiro. Na posse e na residência do detido, foram encontrados cerca de 1,3 milhões de HKD.
Simultaneamente, numa investigação mais aprofundada, apurou-se que o detido mudou de roupa e deitou fora as roupas manchadas de sangue, e que através da detida, trocou parte do dinheiro em fichas e de forma indirecta, transferiu-o electronicamente para uma conta bancária na China continental através de um indivíduo desconhecido que faz troca ilegal de dinheiro. Isto para, obviamente, dificultar a recolha de provas e a investigação, o que revela que o detido tentava efectuar uma acção de contra investigação.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido e a mulher foram presentes ao Ministério Público, ele por homicídio qualificado e roubo qualificado, a mulher por branqueamento de capitais. A PJ continua a investigar os objectos usados no homicídio, a quantia exacta do dinheiro roubado e o paradeiro do eventual dinheiro em falta.
