偵破多宗巴士盜竊案 一內地漢被捕
本局於2024年6月至8月期間先後接獲三宗巴士盜竊案。首宗案件的被害人於6月15日被盜去斜挎袋內的錢包，裏面裝有7,000澳門元及1,000港元現金。次宗案件的被害人於6月14日被盜去3,200澳門元現金。第三宗案件的被害人於8月12日被盜去600澳門元現金及銀行卡。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科立即展開調查與搜證，發現三案均為同一人所為，於8月13日在關閘邊檢大樓截獲涉案內地男子。經查，涉案內地男子趁巴士上人多擠迫，以前置背包為掩護進行盜竊，所得贓款已悉數消費。
本局根據調查結果，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其是否涉及更多同類案件。
Multiple theft-on-bus cases cracked, one mainlander arrested
The Judiciary Police successively received three theft-on-bus cases from June to August 2024. The first case happened on June 15th when the victim’s wallet, containing MOP7,000 and HKD1,000 of cash, inside his crossbody bag was stolen. On June 14th, the victim from the second case had MOP3,200 of cash stolen. On August 12th, the victim from the third case had MOP600 of cash and his bank cards stolen.
The Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police forthwith launched investigation and gathered evidence, which revealed that the three cases had been committed by the same person. On August 13th, the involved mainland man was intercepted at the Portas do Cerco Checkpoint Building. Upon investigation, the involved mainland man had taken advantages of the packed buses, while wearing a backpack in front to cover up his stealing. All the illicit proceeds had been spent.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue if he is involved in more cases of similar nature.
Resolvidos vários casos de furto em autocarro e detido um homem da China continental
Entre Junho e Agosto de 2024, a PJ recebeu três denúncias de furto em autocarro. O primeiro caso ocorreu em 15 de Junho, onde foi furtada a carteira da vítima colocada na mala de tiracolo, num prejuízo de 7.000 patacas e 1.000 dólares de Hong Kong. O segundo caso ocorreu em 14 de Junho, onde foram furtadadas 3.200 patacas. O terceiro caso ocorreu em 12 de Agosto, onde levaram 600 patacas e os cartões bancários da vítima.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade iniciou imediatamente a investigação, descobriu-se que os três casos tinham sido praticados por um mesmo indivíduo. Em 13 de Agosto, um homem do continente foi detido no Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. Na investigação, ficou apurado que o detido aproveitou do grande número de passageiros nos autocarros, usou uma mochila na sua frente para encobrir o furto. O dinheiro obtido do crime foi totalmente gasto.
Conforme o que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado, a PJ continua a investigar se o mesmo estava envolvido noutros casos semelhantes.
