兩內地漢涉加重盜竊被捕
2024年8月17日，本局接到氹仔一屋苑管理員報案，稱發現一名可疑男子正在攀爬大廈外牆棚架。
本局搶劫罪案調查科接報後隨即展開調查，確定作案人為兩名內地男子，並在屋苑附近公園及一娛樂場內拘捕二人。
經查，涉案男子在犯案後為逃避警方追查，將藏有爆竊工具、衣物、手套、口罩及食物等的背包藏匿於大廈7樓外牆隱蔽處。
本局其後接到該大廈有住戶報稱被入屋盜竊，損失5,000澳門元現金及價值1.6萬澳門元的黃金首飾。本局相信兩名涉案內地男子通過外牆維修棚架攀爬至該樓層，從外開啟未有上鎖的窗戶，撬毀窗花入屋盜竊。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將兩名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並追查贓物下落。
Two mainland men arrested for aggravated theft
On 17th August 2024, the Judiciary Police received a report from the caretaker of a housing estate in Taipa, indicating that a suspicious man was found climbing the scaffolding on the exterior wall of the building.
Upon receipt of the report, the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation immediately, and identified the perpetrators as two men from mainland, who were subsequently arrested in a park near the housing estate and in a casino respectively.
Investigation revealed tha5t the involved men, in an attempt to evade pursuit of the police after committing the crime, hid a backpack containing burglary tools, clothing, gloves, masks and food, etc. in an obscured spot of the exterior wall of the 7th floor of the building.
Afterwards, the Judiciary Police received a report that a resident of the building had been burglarised, incurring a loss of MOP5,000 in cash and MOP16,000 worth of gold jewelry. The Judiciary Police believed that the two involved mainland men climbed up to that floor through the maintenance scaffolding on the exterior wall, opened the unlocked windows from the outside, and pried the window grilles to break into the house for theft.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved mainland men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft, while pursuing the whereabouts of the stolen goods.
Detidos dois homens do continente por furto qualificado
Em 17 de Agosto de 2024, a PJ recebeu a queixa do guarda dum complexo habitacional da Taipa, dizendo que tinha visto um homem suspeito a escalar o andaime da parede externa do edifício.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou de imediato a investigação, conseguiu identificar dois suspeitos, ambos da China continental, e acabou por deter um deles num jardim perto do complexo habitacional e outro num casino.
Apurou-se que, depois de terem cometido o crime, os detidos esconderam uma mochila com ferramentas de arrombamento, roupas, luvas, máscaras e alimentos num local ermo da parede externa do 7.º andar do edifício, para escapar à polícia.
Posteriormente, a PJ recebeu a queixa dum morador daquele edifício que dizia que a sua casa tinha sido furtada e tinha sofrido um prejuízo de 5.000 patacas em dinheiro e de peças de ouro no valor de 16.000 patacas. Acredita-se que os suspeitos subiram ao andar através do andaime de manutenção na parede externa, abriram uma janela que estava destrancada, pelo lado de fora, quebraram as grades da janela e entraram no apartamento para praticar o furto.
Conforme os resultados obtidos na investigação, os detidos foram entregues ao MP por furto qualificado, a PJ vai continuar à procura dos objectos furtados.
