內地女子涉誣告法辦
2024年8月19日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗案件，一名內地女子報稱在路氹城區一酒店房間內被一名內地男子強姦，惟經本局侵犯人身罪案調查科調查分析後，發現有關內地女子涉嫌誣告。
據查，內地男事主與涉案內地女子於2024年8月10日在娛樂場內認識並曾進行性交易，其後雙方各自離澳。數天後事主再次邀約涉案內地女子來澳陪同賭博，涉案內地女子同意，於8月17日來澳並入住事主所租住的酒店房間，翌日雙方發生性行為，其後涉案內地女子繼續跟隨事主外出賭博及消遣。直至8月19日，涉案內地女子向事主索要報酬不果，遂離開房間向酒店職員求助，以及報警聲稱遭事主強姦。
本局根據調查所得，以誣告罪將涉案內地女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman brought to justice for making false accusation
On 19th August 2024, the Public Security Police Force referred a case to the Judiciary Police, in which a mainland woman reported that she had been raped by a mainland man in a hotel room in the Cotai district. However, the Section for Offences against Persons of the Judiciary Police found after investigation and analysis that the mainland woman was under the suspicion of making false accusation.
Investigation revealed that the mainland male victim and the involved mainland woman got acquainted in a casino on 10th August 2024 and had engaged in a sex deal, then both of them left Macao on their own. A few days later, the victim invited the involved mainland woman again to be his company to come to gamble in Macao. The involved mainland woman agreed and came to Macao on August 17th, then stayed in the hotel room rented by the victim. They had sex on the next day, then the involved mainland woman continued to keep the victim company while he was gambling and hanging out. Until August 19th, the involved mainland woman requested a reward from the victim but in vain, thus left the hotel room and sought help from hotel staff, stating that she had been raped by the victim.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of false accusation.

Em 19 de Agosto de 2024, a PJ recebeu um caso transferido pelo CPSP, no qual uma mulher da China continental disse ter sido violada, no quarto de um hotel do Cotai, por um homem (vítima), também da China continental. Porem, após investigação e análise feitas pela Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa da PJ, verificou-se que a mulher praticara denúncia caluniosa.
Na investigação, apurou-se que o homem e a mulher supracitados conheceram-se, em 10 de Agosto de 2024, num casino e tiveram negócio sexual, e em seguida, saíram separadamente de Macau. Alguns dias depois, o homem convidou a mulher para lhe fazer companhia no jogo em Macau. A mesma aceitou o convite e veio para Macau em 17 de Agosto tendo ficado no quarto de hotel alugado pela vítima. No dia seguinte os dois tiveram relações sexuais e, mais tarde, a mulher continuou a acompanhar a vítima para jogar e divertir-se. Em 19 de Agosto, a mulher pediu uma remuneração à vítima mas não a conseguiu. Saiu, então, do quarto para pedir ajuda aos funcionários do hotel, e fez queixa à polícia alegando ter sido violada pela vítima.
Conforme o que foi apurado, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público acusada de denúncia caluniosa.
