內地婦涉巨額詐騙就逮
2024年8月20日，本局接報路氹城區一娛樂場內發生一宗詐騙案。
案情顯示，涉案內地女子於場內賭博期間，在其中一局開彩後乘當值莊荷不察，按照開彩結果將1,000港元籌碼放在賭枱上相關投注區內，從而詐騙5萬港元派彩。同日稍後時間，涉案內地女子在另一賭枱上以相同手法企圖再次詐騙娛樂場，被當值莊荷發現，場內保安員隨即將其截獲並轉交本局博彩罪案調查處人員處理。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪將涉案內地女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman apprehended for massive fraud
On 20th August 2024, the Judiciary Police received a report, indicating that a fraud case had taken place in a casino in the Cotai district.
Case details revealed that while the involved mainland woman was gambling in the casino, she took advantage of the unawareness of the dealer on duty after announcing the betting result of one of the games, and placed a HKD1,000-chip on the relevant betting area of the gaming table based on the gaming result to defraud winnings of HKD50,000. Later on the same day, the involved mainland woman attempted to defraud the casino again with the same method on another gaming table, which was discovered by the dealer on duty. The security guards in the casino intercepted her immediately and transferred her to the personnel of the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police for handling.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (massive amount).
Detida uma mulher da China continental por burla de valor elevado
No dia 20 de Agosto de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia sobre a ocorrência de um caso de burla num casino do Cotai.
O caso revelou que uma mulher da China continental, quando jogava no casino, colocou, após a abertura de uma jogada e aproveitando a distracção do croupier de serviço, uma ficha no valor de 1.000 HKD na respectiva área de apostas da mesa de jogo, de acordo com o resultado da jogada, burlando assim o pagamento dos prémios de 50.000 HKD. Mais tarde naquele dia, a mulher envolvida tentou burlar novamente o casino com o mesmo modus operandi noutra mesa, o que foi descoberto pelo croupier de serviço, tendo sido imediatamente interceptada pelo segurança do local e entregue ao pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, a mulher envolvida do continente foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla (valor elevado).
