越南籍男子涉縱火法辦
2024年8月20日晚，本局接獲消防局轉交一宗發生於氹仔一行人天橋的火警，事件中位於天橋底部的蜂巢被人縱火燒燬。
本局縱火罪案調查科展開調查，隨後根據線索於8月21日下午在案發現場附近一屋苑之物業管理公司辦公室截獲涉案越南籍男子，並檢獲其作案用之長棒。
經查，涉案越南籍男子於8月19日在案發行山徑遭蜜蜂螫傷，翌日晚上下班後即攜同一柄綁有一罐小型燃氣的鋁質長棒到達現場，以工具釋出罐中燃氣並以打火機點燃後將之伸向蜂巢，待蜂巢被燒燬及墜落後離開現場。
本局綜合調查所得，以造成火警、爆炸及其他特別危險行為罪將涉案越南籍男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Vietnamese man apprehended for arson
On the night of 20th August 2024, the Fire Services Bureau referred to the Judiciary Police a fire incident that had taken place at a footbridge in Taipa, in which a beehive located at the underside of the footbridge had been incinerated by someone.
The Arson Offences Section of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation and on the afternoon of August 21st, based on the clues, intercepted subsequently the involved Vietnamese man in the office of a property management company of a housing estate near the crime scene and seized the long stick used for the perpetration.
Investigation revealed that the involved Vietnamese man had been stung by bees at the involved hiking trail on August 19th. He thus carried a long aluminum stick tied with a small can of gas to the scene after work the following night, releasing the gas in the can with tools and igniting it with a lighter before he stretched it out to the beehive. He left the scene after the beehive was burned and fell off.
Integrating the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Vietnamese man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of causing fire, explosion and other exceptionally dangerous behaviour.

Na noite do dia 20 de Agosto de 2024, a PJ recebeu um caso transferido pelo CB referente à ocorrência de um incêndio numa passagem superior na Taipa, do que resultou que uma colmeia debaixo da passagem superior tivesse sido queimada pelo fogo posto.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate aos Crimes de Fogo Posto iniciou investigação e, de acordo com as pistas, na tarde de 21 de Agosto, deteve um homem de nacionalidade vietnamita no escritório duma empresa de gestão predial dum prédio habitacional perto do local de ocorrência, assim como apreendeu uma vara comprida supostamente usada para cometer o crime.
Na investigação, foi apurado que o detido foi picado por abelhas em 19 de Agosto quando passeava num trilho. Assim, na noite seguinte, depois do trabalho, o mesmo foi ao local atrás referido e levou uma pequena botija de gás acoplada a uma vara de alumínio comprida para poder chegar à colmeia. Ali, com um isqueiro, ateou o gás da botija para queimar a colmeia, e abandonou o local após a colmeia ficar completamente queimada.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido de nacionalidade vietnamita foi presente ao MP acusado de incêndio.
