內地男女涉入屋爆竊落網
2024年7月11日晚，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生於海邊馬路一大廈的入屋盜竊案。案情顯示，當晚居於大廈二樓的本澳事主在家中聽到睡房傳來巨響，入內查看時目睹涉案內地男子正在窗外撬毀鋁窗企圖進入單位內，事主遂高聲喝止，對方見事敗即跳到一樓平台逃去。事主立即報警求助，經檢查後發現鋁窗被毀，損失維修費3,000澳門元。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查並接觸案發大廈一樓單位的戶主，其表示案發時正外出，經點算後發現單位靠近平台的房間鋁窗被撬毀，損失維修費1,000澳門元。
經查，本局人員發現上述涉案內地男子尚有一名男同黨，兩人從地面攀爬至大廈一樓平台，撬毀一樓單位窗戶後一同入內作案，其後涉案內地男子再攀爬至二樓窗外，撬窗期間被事主撞破。兩人於作案後已逃離本澳。
2024年9月6日傍晚，本局人員發現涉案內地男子聯同一名女子經橫琴口岸入境本澳，隨即展開部署。兩人先前往海邊馬路一大廈對面停留，再徒步到新口岸區一屋苑，涉案內地男子進入屋苑內一大廈，於離開大廈會合在外圍把風的涉案內地女子時被本局人員截獲。本局人員當場在二人隨身物品中搜獲多件懷疑為爆竊工具的鐵筆、鋼管和螺絲刀，以及用作逃避警方追查的眼罩、口罩、手套、帽子、衫褲及鞋等物。經排查相關大廈，暫未發現有單位失竊。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將兩名涉案內地男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Man and woman from mainland China arrested for home burglary
In a case of home burglary transferred from the Public Security Police Force to the Judiciary Police that took place in a building on Avenida da Praia on the evening of 11th July 2024, the local victim residing on the second floor of the building heard a loud bang from the bedroom that evening, where he saw the involved mainland Chinese man prying open the aluminum window in an attempt to break in. The victim shouted to stop him, who, having failed to trespass, leaped onto and fled from the podium on the first floor. The victim reported to the police at once. Upon inspection, he found that the aluminum window had been damaged, causing him a loss of MOP 3,000 in repairs.
Following up with investigation, the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police reached out to the head of household of the unit on the first floor, who was not home at the time of the incident. He found that the aluminum window of the room near the podium had suffered pry damage that would cost him MOP 1,000 in repairs.
The Judiciary Police officers found that the said involved mainland Chinese man was accompanied by a male accomplice. The duo had climbed from the ground to the podium on the first floor, where they pried open the window of the unit on the same floor where they committed burglary. The involved mainland Chinese man then climbed to the window outside the second floor, where he was caught red-handed by the victim during his attempt to pry open the window. The duo had fled Macao after their perpetration.
Finding at dusk of 6th September 2024 that the involved mainland Chinese man had entered Macao via Hengqin Port with a woman, the Judiciary Police officers promptly made deployment. The duo first stayed on the opposite side of a building on Avenida da Praia before walking to an estate in ZAPE. The involved mainland Chinese man entered one of the estate buildings and was intercepted by the Judiciary Police officers when he left the building to join the involved mainland Chinese woman on the lookout outside the building. From the duo’s belongings, the Judiciary Police officers seized numerous tools suspected to be used for burglary, including a pry bar, a steel pipe and a screwdriver, as well as items used for evading police tracking, including eye masks, facial masks, gloves, hats, clothes, shoes, etc. No burglary was found upon investigation into the said building.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred two involved mainland Chinese to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large.
Detidos um homem e uma mulher da China continente por furto em residência
Na noite de 11 de Julho de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de furto em residência, transferida pelo CPSP, que ocorreu num prédio situado na Estrada Marginal. A investigação revelou que, naquela noite, a vítima, de Macau, que mora no segundo andar do prédio, ouviu um estrondo vindo do quarto e, quando foi verificar, viu que um homem, que se encontrava fora da janela, estava a tentar arrombá-la para entrar no apartamento, a vítima gritou para impedir-lhe de continuar. Sabendo que a actuação tinha falhado, o outro parte saltou de imediato para o terraço no primeiro andar e fugiu. A vítima chamou imediatamente a polícia e, após verificação, viu-se que a janela de alumínio tinha sido danificada num prejuízo de 3.000 patacas para a reparação.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes de Roubo da PJ acompanhou a investigação e contactou o proprietário do apartamento do primeiro andar do prédio em causa. Ele disse que estava fora de casa na altura do crime e, verificou, após verificado, que a janela de alumínio do quarto perto do terraço tinha sido arrombada, o que resultou num prejuízo de 1.000 patacas em taxas de reparação.
Na investigação, apurou-se que o suspeito, do continente, tinha um cúmplice, os dois escalaram do chão até ao terraço do primeiro andar, arrombaram a janela do apartamento do primeiro andar e entraram juntos para praticar o crime. Posteriormente o primeiro escalou até ao lado de fora do segundo andar e, foi descoberto pela vítima quando estava a arrombar a janela. Os dois fugiram de Macau depois de ter cometido o crime.
No fim da tarde de 6 de Setembro de 2024, o nosso pessoal descobriu que o envolvido do continente entrou em Macau pelo posto fronteiriço de Hengqin, na companhia de uma mulher, pelo que iniciou a preparação. Os dois indivíduos foram primeiro em frente a um prédio situado na Estrada Marginal, caminharam depois para um complexo residencial no ZAPE. O homem entrou num prédio do complexo residencial e, quando saiu juntou-se à mulher que estava a vigiar, os dois foram detidos pelo nosso pessoal. Foram encontrados nos seus pertences pessoais vários pés de cabra, tubos de aço e chaves de fendas, instrumentos supostamente utilizados para o furto, bem como óculos de protecção, máscaras, luvas, chapéus, roupas, calças e sapatos, entre outros objectos usados para escapar à investigação. Após averiguações efectuadas ao prédio, não foi, por enquanto, descoberto qualquer furto nos apartamentos.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o homem e a mulher da China continental envolvidos no caso foram presentes ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado, a PJ continua a investigar outros eventuais indivíduos em fuga.
