兩坦桑尼亞籍女子涉搶劫、不法之錄製品及照片就逮
2024年8月24日凌晨，坦桑尼亞籍女事主於路氹城區某酒店的酒吧內消遣期間遇見三名女性友人，及後女事主離開時，於酒店門外巴士站與上述三名涉案女子因與異性的感情瓜葛引發爭執，並遭到三人毆打，導致女事主頭部受傷流血，期間其中一人曾以手機拍攝女事主被毆過程。三名涉案女子在搶去女事主手袋內的2,000澳門元現金及一部價值約1.3萬港元手機後逃去無蹤，女事主遂報警求助，並報稱共損失約15,400澳門元。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查後，鎖定上述三名涉案女子的住所，於2024年9月11日緝獲其中兩名涉案女子，並帶返本局調查。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪、不法之錄製品及照片罪將兩人移送檢察院偵辦，同時繼續追查贓物及另一名在逃涉案女子的下落。
Two Tanzanian women apprehended for robbery, unlawful video recording and photography
On the early morning of 24th August 2024, the Tanzanian female victim met 3 female acquaintances during her pastime in a bar in a hotel in the Cotai district. When the female victim left afterwards and met the above-mentioned 3 involved women at the bus stop outside the hotel entrance, they had a dispute due to relationship issues and the victim was beaten by the trio, causing injury and bleeding on the female victim’s head. During the incident, one of them had videotaped the process of assault on the female victim. The three involved women fled after snatching cash of MOP2,000 and a mobile phone worth around HKD13,000 in the female victim’s handbag. The female victim thus reported to the police for help, stating that a loss of around MOP15,400 had been incurred in total.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police followed up the investigation, with residence of the above-mentioned three involved women identified. On 11th September 2024, two of the involved women were apprehended and brought back to the Judiciary Police for investigation.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery, as well as unlawful video recording and photography, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the booty and another involved woman at large.

Na madrugada de 24 de Agosto de 2024, a vítima, de nacionalidade tanzaniana, encontrou-se com três amigas num bar dum hotel do Cotai. Mais tarde a vítima deixou o local e teve uma discussão com as três mulheres envolvidas na paragem de autocarro fora do hotel devido a problemas afestivos, foi agredida pelas três, o que lhe provocou um ferimento na cabeça e sangrou. Durante a agressão, uma delas filmou o acontecido com o seu telemóvel. Depois de ter roubado 2.000 patacas em dinheiro e um telemóvel no valor de cerca de 13.000 HKD, colocados na mala da vítima, as três fugiram. A vítima apresentou queixa junto da polícia, alegando ter sofrido um prejuízo de 15.400 patacas.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação, conseguiu identificar a morada das suspeitas, deteve duas delas em 11 de Setembro de 2024, e levou-as para interrogatório nas instalações da PJ.
Conforme os resultados obtidos, as duas detidas foram presentes ao MP acusadas de roubo, gravações e fotografias ilícitas. A PJ continua à procura dos objectos roubados e do paradeiro da mulher em fuga.
