兩內地漢涉巨額詐騙被拘
案情顯示，當晚涉案內地男子到店典當一條金項鍊。職員初步未發現為贋品，願以5萬港元交易，但因男子未能出示證件，典當未果。
隨後，涉案內地男子與第二涉案男子一同返回押店，再次要求典當項鍊，並由第二涉案男子出示證件登記。現金由涉案內地男子收取後，兩人離店。其後職員進行覆檢時發現該項鍊為贗品，遂報案求助。
本局經濟罪案調查處展開調查，經專業鑑定證實涉案項鍊僅表層為黃金。9月18日晚上，分別在澳門機場及關閘邊境站截獲兩名涉案男子。
本局根據調查結果，以詐騙（巨額）罪將兩名涉案男子移交檢察院偵辦。
Two mainland Chinese men arrested for fraud of massive amount
Case details suggested that the involved mainland Chinese man had tried to pawn a gold necklace at a pawn shop that evening. Despite the staff member being initially unaware that the necklace was a fake and offering to trade it for HKD 50,000, the pawn was unsuccessful when the man failed to present his identity document.
The involved mainland Chinese man later returned to the pawn shop with the second involved man, requesting again to pawn the necklace by registering with the latter’s identity document. The involved mainland Chinese man collected the cash before the duo left the shop. The staff member then re-examined the necklace, only to find it a fake, hence his report to the Judiciary Police.
The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched investigation, ascertaining, upon professional appraisal, that the involved necklace was merely gold-plated. The two involved men were intercepted respectively at Macau International Airport and Portas do Cerco Checkpoint on the evening of September 18th.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of fraud (massive amount).

De acordo com as informações recolhidas, um homem da China continental foi a uma casa de penhores onde tentou penhorar um colar de ouro, no início, o funcionário não verificou nada de estranho e disse que o objecto valia 50.000 HKD, no entanto, o homem nãp pode penhorar o objecto por não ter um documento.
Mais tarde, o mesmo homem, acompanhado de outro, voltou para a loja e pediu de novo para penhorar a corrente, naquela altura, foi o outro indivíduo que exibiu o documento, mas o dinheiro foi recebido pelo primeiro, os dois saíram da loja. Mais tarde, o funcionário ao examinar o objecto descobriu que era falso, por isso ligou à polícia.
Na investigação, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos confirmou, através de uma perícia, que aquele colar era apenas dourado. Na noite de 19 de Setembro, os dois homens foram detidos, respectivamente, no Aeroporto de Macau e no posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco.
De acordo com o apurado na investigação, os homens foram presentes ao MP por burla (de valor elevado).
