內地男子涉盜竊車內財物就逮
2024年3月21日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗車內盜竊案。案情顯示，本澳男事主於3月20日晚上將車輛停泊在中區一街道後離開，至翌日早上取車時發現車輛右前門玻璃窗被打破，其存放在車內的錢包、玉佩、現金等折合共3.2萬澳門元的財物失竊，遂報警求助。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科跟進調查，鎖定一名內地男子涉案，並查悉其於作案後經關閘口岸逃離本澳。2024年9月18日，本局人員於涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境時將其截獲，並在其身上搜獲一個懷疑作案用的開鎖工具。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for stealing property from vehicle
On 21 March 2024, the Public Security Police Force transferred to the Judiciary Police a case of vehicle burglary, in which the male local victim, having parked his car on a street in central district on the evening of March 20th, found the glass window of the right front door of his car smashed the next morning. His wallet, jade pendant, cash, etc. therein that totaled an equivalent of MOP 32,000 had been stolen, hence his report to the police.
Launching investigation, the Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police identified the involved mainland Chinese man, who was found to have fled Macao via Portas do Cerco upon his perpetration. The Judiciary Police officers intercepted him at his entry via Portas do Cerco on 18 September 2024, seizing on him a lock-picking tool suspectedly used for perpetration.
Based on investigative findings, the involved mainland Chinese man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem do continente por furto em veículo
Em 21 de Março de 2024, recebemos uma denúncia de furto em veículo transferida pelo CPSP. Conforme o apurado, na noite do dia 20 de Março, a vítima deixou o seu carro estacionado numa rua da zona central, quando foi buscar o carro na manhã seguinte, verificou que o vidro de janela da porta da frente direita do veiculo estava partido e a sua carteira, um pingente de jade e dinheiro no valor total de 32.000 patacas que se encontravam no carro tinham sido furtados, assim fez queixa à polícia.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade acompanhou a investigação e conseguiu identificar um suspeito, do continente, e apurou que tinha fugido de Macau depois de actuar. Em 18 de Setembro de 2024, o homem, ao entrar em Macau pelas Portas do Cerco, foi detido pela PJ. Na sua posse, foi encontrado uma ferramenta supostamente utilizada para abrir as fechaduras.
Com base nos resultados obtidos da investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP acusado de furto qualificado.
