內地漢涉機艙盜竊被拘
2024年9月19日下午，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗機艙盜竊案。案情顯示，內地男事主當日從北京飛抵本澳，在機組人員提醒下，於離開機艙前檢查其存放在行李架上的背包，發現裏面一個錢包內的3.9萬港元現金失竊，遂立即向機組人員求助。治安警察局接報後根據線索截獲涉案內地男子，並在行李架的另一位置尋回相關款項，一併移交本局侵犯財物罪案調查科跟進。
本局人員於涉案內地男子身上搜獲懷疑與犯罪有關的多種外幣以及一片小型刀片。經查，涉案內地男子於事主發現失竊並向機組人員求助時，以毛毯包裹盜竊所得款項並將之棄置在有關行李架上。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man nabbed for involvement in in-flight theft
On the afternoon of 19th September 2024, the Judiciary Police received a case of in-flight theft transferred by the Public Security Police Force. Case details revealed that, the mainland male victim flew to Macao from Beijing on that day. At the cabin crew’s reminder, he checked his backpack placed inside the overhead compartment before leaving the cabin, and found that the HKD39,000 in cash inside a wallet had been stolen. Thus, he requested the cabin crew for assistance immediately. Upon receipt of the report and based on the leads, the Public Security Police Force intercepted the involved mainland man and recovered the relevant money from another area of the overhead compartment. The involved man and the relevant money were transferred to the Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police seized multiple currencies and a small blade suspected to be related to the crime from the involved man. Upon investigation, it was learnt that, when the victim discovered the theft and sought help from the cabin crew, the involved mainland man wrapped the stolen money inside a blanket and dumped it inside the relevant overhead compartment.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem do continente por furto em avião
Na tarde de 19 de Setembro de 2024, a PJ recebeu um caso de furto em avião transferido pelo CPSP. Segundo o apurado, quando um voo chegou de Pequim, naquele dia, um passageiro do continente, após ter sido lembrado pela tripulação para verificar a sua mochila colocada no compartimento de bagagens antes de saída do avião, descobriu que tinham sido furtados 39.000 HKD da sua carteira, e pediu imediatamente a intervenção da tripulação. Com base nas informações, o CPSP deteve um homem do continente supostamente envolvido no caso e encontrou o dinheiro furtado noutro compartimento de bagagens do avião.
Na investigação, a Secção de Investigação de Crimes contra a Propriedade apreendeu, na posse do detido, várias notas de dinheiro estrangeiro que supostamente provinham do crime e uma pequena lâmina. Foi apurado também que, quando viu que a vítima foi pedir a intervenção da tripulação, o detido embrulhou o dinheiro furtado com um cobertor e deixou-o no compartimento de bagagens onde foi encontrado.
Com base no que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
