速破搶劫及剝奪他人行動自由案 內地漢一小時就擒
2024年10月17日晚，新口岸區一酒店保安部透過“酒店業界治安通報機制”通報本局指一名內地女子在酒店客房內遇劫。本局報案及緊急行動中心、博彩罪案調查處以及搶劫罪案調查科迅速派員到場調查，經瞭解，當日傍晚涉案內地男子相約女事主到自己所租住的房間內進行兌換，期間由於一直無法成功轉帳，事主在等待一個多小時後要求離開，此時涉案內地男子突然推倒對方並聲稱身懷利刀作威脅，事主逃走不果後遭對方綑綁四肢並劫去21萬港元籌碼。其後涉案內地男子離開房間，事主自行鬆綁並向酒店保安員求助。
本局人員於接報後一小時在案發酒店内拘捕涉案內地男子，僅在其身上搜獲23.9萬港元及500澳門元現金，並未發現任何刀具或利器。經查，涉案內地男子於作案後攜同贓款到娛樂場賭博及贏得13萬港元，隨即將其中10萬港元交給第三者保管，該筆贓款稍後已被本局人員悉數起回。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪及剝奪他人行動自由罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Case of robbery and deprivation of other’s freedom of movement speedily solved, with a mainland man under arrest in an hour
On the night of 17th October 2024, the Judiciary Police was notified by the security department of a hotel in ZAPE district via the “Hotel industry public security notification mechanism”, which alleged that a mainland woman had been robbed in the hotel guestroom. The Case Reporting and Emergency Operation Centre, Gaming-related Crimes Division and Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police promptly mobilised personnel to carry out investigation at the scene. It was understood that the involved mainland man arranged to meet with the female victim in his rented guestroom for currency exchange on the evening of that day, during which the transfer of funds had all along been unsuccessful, hence the victim requested to leave the room after waiting for more than an hour. At that time, the involved mainland man suddenly pushed her down and claimed to be arming with a sharp knife as a threat. The victim’s limbs were tied up after failing to flee the scene and was robbed of HKD210,000 of chips. The involved mainland man subsequently left the room, after which the victim was able to untie herself and sought assistance from the security guards of the hotel.
One hour after receiving the report, the Judiciary Police personnel arrested the involved mainland man in the hotel where the incident happened. Only HKD239,000 and MOP500 in cash were seized from him, while no knife or sharp object was found. Investigation revealed that the involved mainland man had brought the illicit proceeds to a casino for gambling after the perpetration and won HKD130,000, of which HKD100,000 was immediately handed over to a third party for safekeeping. The aforesaid illicit proceeds were later recovered in full by the Judiciary Police personnel.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and deprivation of other’s freedom of movement.

Na noite de 17 de Outubro de 2024, o departamento de segurança dum hotel do ZAPE informou a PJ, através do “Mecanismo de comunicação de segurança do sector hoteleiro”, de que uma mulher da China continental tinha sofrido um assalto num quarto. O Núcleo de Denúncias e Intervenção, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo e a Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo mobilizaram com rapidez agentes para o local, apurando que, naquele anoitecer, um homem do continente combinou com a vítima a troca de dinheiro no quarto por ele alugado, na altura, o homem tentou realizar a transferência mas não conseguiu, quando a vítima quis sair após mais de uma hora de espera, o homem de repente empurrou-a para o chão e alegou ter uma faca para ameaça-la, a vítima tentou fugir mas em vão, foi amarrada e foram-lhe roubadas 210.00 HKD em fichas. Mais tarde, o homem saiu do quarto e a vítima soltou-se e pediu ajuda ao segurança do hotel.
Os nossos agentes conseguiram deter o homem uma hora após ter recebido a queixa, na sua posse foram apreendidos 239.000 HKD e 500 patacas, mas não foi encontrada nenhuma faca ou arma branca. Na investigação, apurou-se que o homem aproveitou-se do dinheiro roubado para apostar no casino e ganhou 130.000 HKD, dos quais 100.000 HKD foram entregues a um terceiro para os guardar. Este dinheiro foi posteriormente recuperado pelos agentes.
Com base no que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao MP por roubo e sequestro.
