港漢涉販吸毒就逮
本局毒品罪案調查處人員持續深入社區搜集涉毒情報，近日發現有香港販毒集團派遣一名男子到本澳中區向活躍夜場人士販賣可卡因，查悉其身份及藏身地點。2024年11月1日晚，本局人員於中區截獲涉案香港男子，並在其入住的賓館房間內搜獲66小包共重約26.8克的可卡因、1小包重約1.25克的“冰”毒，以及吸毒工具，共值約10,000澳門元。經查，涉案香港男子之尿液樣本對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物，以及不適當持有器具或設備等罪將涉案香港男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續就案件進行深入調查及追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Hong Kong man arrested for drug consumption and trafficking
Personnel of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police had been continuously going deep into the community to collect drug-related intelligence, and found recently that a man had been dispatched by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate to the Central district of Macao to sell cocaine to nightclub goers. The identity of the man and his hideout were then discovered. On the night of 1st November 2024, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved Hong Kong man in the Central district, and found 66 packets of cocaine weighing around 26.8 grams in total, 1 packet of the drug “ice” weighing around 1.25 grams and drug-taking utensils in the motel room he stayed in. The total value of the aforementioned items was approximately MOP 10,000. After investigation, the urine sample of the involved Hong Kong man tested positive to drugs.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Hong Kong man to the Public Prosecutions Office for offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to conduct in-depth investigation to the case and pursue the remaining absconded involved persons.

O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes continua a proceder de forma profunda à recolha de informações sobre droga no seio da comunidade. Soubemos que uma rede de tráfico de droga de Hong Kong tinha enviado um homem a Macau para vender cocaína aos frequentadores dos estabelecimentos nocturnos na zona central de Macau, o nosso pessoal conseguiu identificar o suspeito e o local de esconderijo do homem. Na noite de 1 de Novembro de 2024, o suspeito foi detido na zona central de Macau, no quarto da pensão onde se encontrava alojado, foram encontrados 66 pacotinhos de cocaína com peso total de 26,8 gramas e 1 pacotinho de “ice” com peso de 1,25 gramas, num valor total de 10.000 patacas, e instrumentos para consumo de droga. Submetido a um exame de urina, as amostras do suspeito deram resultado positivo.
Conforme os resultados obtidos na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público pelos crimes de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas e detenção indevida de utensílio. A PJ vai continuar a aprofundar a investigação e a procurar outros eventuais suspeitos em fuga.
