本澳女子涉傾倒祭祀餘燼造成火警法辦
2024年11月15日傍晚，筷子基區一大廈後樓梯發生火警，事件中一個垃圾桶被燒毀，大廈管理公司報稱損失約500澳門元。由於消防局認為起火原因有可疑，故轉交本局縱火罪案調查科跟進。
本局人員於現場調查搜證後鎖定一名本澳女子涉案，於同日晚上在其住所內將其截獲。經查，涉案本澳女子當日下午祭祀後將化寶盆放在涉案垃圾桶旁，一個半小時後其以為盆內火種已熄滅，遂將盆內灰燼及香枝倒入垃圾桶中，直到半小時後有住戶發現垃圾桶起火焚燒並報警求助。
本局根據調查所得，以造成火警、爆炸或其他特別危險行為罪將涉案本澳女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local woman arrested for dumping sacrificial debris which caused a fire
On the evening of 15th November 2024, a fire occurred at the rear stairway of a building in Fai Chi Kei district. The management company of the building reported a loss of around MOP500 due to the burndown of a rubbish bin in the incident. Considering that the fire appeared to be suspicious, the Fire Services Bureau transferred the case to the Arson Offences Section of the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
Subsequent to investigation and evidence gathering at the scene, the Judiciary Police officers identified a local woman, and intercepted her in her residence on the night of the same day. Investigation revealed that the involved local woman had put the joss paper burner next to the involved rubbish bin after a ritual on the afternoon of the same day. After one and a half hours, she thought that the tinder inside the burner was completely out, thus dumping the ashes and incenses therein into the rubbish bin. It was until half an hour later that some households found the rubbish bin was ignited and burning, thus, they reported to the police for help.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local woman to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of causing fire, explosion and other exceptionally dangerous behaviour.
Detida uma mulher de Macau por despejar brasas de papéis votivos que provocaram um incêndio
Ao fim da tarde de 15 de Novembro de 2024, ocorreu um caso de fogo posto nas escadas de um edifício do bairro Fai Chi Kei, no qual incendiou-se um caixote de lixo. Segundo a empresa de administração predial o caso causou um prejuízo de 500 patacas. Como havia suspeitas sobre a causa do fogo, o Corpo de Bombeiros entregou o caso à Secção de Investigação e Combate aos Crimes de Fogo Posto da PJ.
Os nossos agentes iniciaram a investigação no local e identificaram uma residente como suspeita e esta foi detida na mesma noite. Na investigação apurou-se que naquela tarde a detida, depois de praticar actos de culto, queimou papéis votivos numa bacia e deixou ao lado do caixote de lixo em causa. Depois de uma hora e meia pensava que os papéis queimados na bacia estariam todos apagados, por isso, despejou-os no caixote do lixo, após meia hora alguns moradores aperceberam-se que o caixote do lixo estava a arder e chamaram a polícia.
De acordo com a investigação, a detida foi presente ao MP por fogo posto.
