本澳男子涉相當巨額詐騙就逮
2023年8月，首名本澳事主從網上社交平台得知有的士出租，如一次性支付半年以上租金更可獲優惠價格，經聯絡後將兩年租金連同按金合共43萬港元轉帳予涉案本澳男子，並協議由事主負責有關的士的夜更。直至2024年7月，涉案本澳男子突然聲稱有關的士因涉案而被法院扣押，首名事主要求退還租金卻遭對方不斷拖延，更被對方以合作投資新的士牌照為由再騙去16萬澳門元，其後首名事主發現對方並沒有進行競投，懷疑被騙故報警求助。
本局經濟罪案調查處於調查期間再接獲6名事主報案稱被涉案本澳男子以同樣手法詐騙，對方在收取半年以上租金後無法交出的士且一直拖延退款。7人合共損失86萬港元。
2024年11月19日，本局人員於中區截獲涉案本澳男子。經查，涉案本澳男子在明知其名下唯一的士已於2024年6月被扣押、根本無法使用的情況下，仍以“一車多租”的方式詐騙他人款項。涉案本澳男子承認犯罪，而詐騙所得已全數用於賭博並輸光。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙(相當巨額)罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount
Learning of taxis that could be leased at a discount rate with a one-off payment of rent of over half a year on a social platform in August 2023, the first victim, a local, reached out to and paid two years’ rent, alongside the deposit, totalling HKD 430,000 to the involved local man. They agreed on the victim taking up the night shift of that taxi. The involved local man, suddenly alleging in July 2024 that the taxi had been seized by the court for its involvement in a case, constantly stalled repayment of the rent as requested by the first victim, who was defrauded of another MOP 160,000 on the pretext of co-investing in a new taxi licence. The first victim, realising that the involved man had not made a bid for the licence, suspected of fraud and reported to the police.
During investigation, the Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police received reports from six other victims, who had allegedly been defrauded in the same manner by the involved local man, who had stalled repayment despite his failure of delivering the taxi after collecting rent of over half a year. The seven victims collectively suffered a loss of HKD 860,000.
Intercepting the involved local man in central district on 19th November 2024, the Judiciary Police found that he had defrauded others of money by leasing the same vehicle to multiple lessees, despite his awareness that his only taxi had been seized and unavailable since June 2024. He admitted to his perpetration and have gambled away all the fraud proceeds.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of fraud of considerably huge amount.

Em Agosto de 2023, um pessoa leu, numa plataforma social online, que havia um táxi para alugar e que haveria um desconto se tivesse pago os primeiros seis meses de uma vez, assim entrou em contacto com um homem de Macau, a quem, em seguida, transferiu 430.000 HKD, a quantia do aluguer de dois anos mais a garantia, e ficou combinado que a vítima ficaria com o turno da noite. Em Julho de 2024, a outra parte alegou, de repente, que o táxi tinha sido apreendido pelo tribunal, a vítima pediu-lhe então a devolução do dinheiro, mas o outro adiava, a vítima foi ainda enganada em 160.000, patacas pela mesma pessoa, quando a convenceu a investir juntos para a obtenção de uma nova licença de táxi. A vítima, quando descobriu que o outro não se tinha candidatado ao concurso para obter a licença de táxi, desconfiou ter caído numa burla e fez queixa à polícia.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos, durante a investigação, recebeu outras seis denúncias, que diziam que o suspeito enganou-os da mesma forma, esse homem não lhes entregou o táxi após ter recebido mais de seis meses de aluguer e andou a adiar a devolução do dinheiro. As sete pessoas sofreram um prejuízo total de 860.000 HKD.
Em 19 de Novembro de 2024, o nosso pessoal deteve o homem na zona central. Na investigação foi apurado que o homem, mesmo sabendo que o seu único táxi tinha sido apreendido em Junho de 2024, ou seja, apesar da indisponibilidade, enganava as pessoas oferecendo o aluguer da mesma viatura a várias pessoas. O detido admitiu o crime e disse que o dinheiro obtido da burla foi perdido nas mesas de jogo.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, o homem foi presente ao Ministério Público por crime de burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado).
