偵破入屋爆竊案 一內地漢落網
本局於2024年4月16日凌晨接獲一名本澳女子報案，稱其位於望德堂區的住宅單位遭賊人入屋盜竊，損失1,300澳門元。案情顯示，事主於2024年4月14日早上離開案發單位，當時有一個內藏現金的手袋放在客廳，其後事主於4月15日凌晨返回單位時並沒有檢查手袋內的現金，直到同日晚上，事主欲從手袋中取出現金使用時，發現相關現金不翼而飛，翻查監控片段後得知4月14日下午有兩名陌生男子進入單位內。
本局搶劫罪案調查科展開調查，鎖定兩名涉案人身份，並查悉其中一人負責開鎖及把風，另一人負責入屋行竊。兩人在本澳逗留期間多次出入黑沙環及雅廉訪區的大廈踩點，是次作案後隨即逃離本澳。
2024年11月28日，本局人員在其中一名涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境時將其截獲，並在其隨身物品內檢獲一對黑色手套及開鎖工具。經查，涉案內地男子在案中負責開鎖及把風，其拒絕配合調查。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Burglary case cracked with one mainland man arrested
In the wee hours of 16th April 2024, the Judiciary Police received a complaint from a local woman alleging that her residence located at São Lázaro district was broken in by thieves, incurring a loss of MOP1,300. Case details revealed that the victim had left the involved apartment on the morning of 14th April 2024, leaving a handbag, containing cash, in the sitting room. Later when the victim returned to the apartment in the wee hours of 15th April 2024, she did not check the cash inside the handbag. It was until the same night when the victim intended to take the cash out from the handbag, she discovered that the cash was gone. After checking the surveillance footage, two male strangers were found entering the apartment on the afternoon of 14th April 2024.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police launched investigation and identified two involved persons. One of them was responsible for unlocking and keeping watch while the other was committing the in-house theft. During their stay in Macao, the duo had been scouting repeatedly at buildings at Areia Preta and Ouvidor Arriaga districts. They immediately fled Macao after this perpetration.
On 28th November 2024, one of the involved mainland man was intercepted by the Judiciary Police when he entered Macao via the Portas do Cerco checkpoint. A pair of black gloves and pry tools were seized from his personal belongings. Upon investigation, the involved mainland man was the one responsible for unlocking and keeping watch in this case. He refused to cooperate with the investigation.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved person at large.
Detido um homem do continente por furto em residência
No início da manhã do dia 16 de Abril de 2024, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de uma mulher local, dizendo que alguém tinha entrado no seu apartamento que fica na freguesia de São Lázaro, e que sofreu um prejuízo de 1.300 patacas. Na manhã de 14 de Abril de 2024, a vítima saiu do seu apartamento, deixou uma mala que continha dinheiro na sala de estar, posteriormente, quando regressou ao apartamento, ao início da manhã de 15 de Abril, não foi verificar o dinheiro na mala, só naquela noite a vítima tentou retirar o dinheiro daquela mala, mas verificou que tinha desaparecido e, após verificadas as imagens do vídeo de vigilância, soube que dois homens entraram no seu apartamento na tarde de 14 de Abril.
Na investigação, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo conseguiu identificar os dois suspeitos, um deles arrombou a fechadura e vigiava a porta, enquanto o outro executava o furto. Durante o período de estadia em Macau, os dois tinham ido várias vezes ao bairro da Areia Preta e na Avenida do Ouvidor Arriaga para reconhecimento dos locais e após ter cometido o crime fugiram de Macau.
Em 28 de Novembro de 2024, o nosso pessoal interceptou um dos suspeitos, um indivíduo do continente quando entrava em Macau pelo posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco, foi também, apreendido na sua posse, um par de luvas pretas e ferramentas para abrir fechaduras. Na investigação, foi apurado que o detido era aquele que arrobava a porta e vigiava, mas ele recusou-se a cooperar com a investigação.
Com base no que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado, a PJ continua à procura do cúmplice em fuga.
