三菲漢分涉販吸毒等罪法辦
本局毒品罪案調查處人員根據情報查悉一名菲律賓籍男子在本澳吸毒，掌握其身份資料及住址後於2024年12月11日採取行動，在首名涉案菲律賓籍男子住所附近將其截獲，並在其住所內搜獲1小包約重0.3克的“冰”毒和吸毒工具。其後本局人員根據線索，於當日在同區再截獲次名及第三名涉案菲律賓籍男子，在兩人身上及住所內合共檢獲15小包約重7.7克的“冰”毒、吸毒工具以及毒品包裝工具。行動期間，第三名涉案菲律賓籍男子拒絕合作，曾作出反抗並企圖逃走，隨即被本局人員制服。
是次行動共檢獲約8克“冰”毒，約值2萬澳門元。經查，三人之尿液檢測均對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局根據調查所得，分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具或設備，以及抗拒及脅迫等罪將三名涉案菲律賓籍男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其他在逃涉案人。
Three Filipinos respectively involved in offences including drug trafficking and consumption brought to justice
The Narcotics Division personnel of the Judiciary Police, based on intelligence received, found that a Filipino man had been taking drugs in Macao. After establishing his identity and residential address, an operation was conducted on 11th December 2024. The first involved Filipino man was intercepted near his residence, as well as one packet of the drug “ice” weighing around 0.3 grams and drug paraphernalia were seized from his residence. Following the lead, the Judiciary Police personnel subsequently intercepted the second and third involved Filipino men in the same district on that day. A total of 15 packets of the drug “ice” weighing approximately 7.7 grams, drug paraphernalia and drug packaging tools were seized from the duo and their residences. During the operation, the third involved Filipino man refused to cooperate. He had resisted and attempted to escape, but was immediately subdued by the Judiciary Police personnel.
A total of approximately 8 grams of the drug “ice”, valued at around MOP20,000, were seized in this operation. Subsequent to investigation, all the three individuals tested positive for drugs in their urine tests.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved Filipino men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences including illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment, resistance and coercion, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals at large.

Com base em informações, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes soube que um homem, filipino, consumia droga em Macau, assim entrou em acção a 11 de Dezembro de 2024, depois de o identificar e descobrir a sua residência. Aquele homem, o primeiro suspeito, foi detido nas proximidades da sua residência, e foi encontrado no seu apartamento um saquinho com 0,3 gramas de “ice” e alguns utensílios para consumo. Posteriormente, de acordo com as pistas, o nosso pessoal deteve, naquele dia e na mesma zona, outros dois homens, o segundo e o terceiro suspeitos, também filipino, e foram encontrados na sua posse e residência 15 saquinhos com 7,7 gramas de “ice” e alguns utensílios para consumo e embalagem. Durante a operação, o terceiro suspeito recusou-se a cooperar, tentou resistir e fugir, mas os nossos agentes imobilizaram-no.
Nesta operação, foram encontrados cerca de 8 gramas de “ice”, num valor aproximado de 20.000 patacas. O teste das urinas dos três detidos resultou positivo à droga.
De acordo com as provas obtidas, os três detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento e resistência e coacção, respectivamente. A PJ continua à procura da origem da droga apreendida e de outros eventuais envolvidos em fuga.
