香港男子涉吸毒被拘
2024年12月14日中午，路氹城區某酒店職員在客房內發現疑似用作吸食毒品的水瓶。酒店負責人按照與本局建立的“酒店業界治安通報機制”，立即作出通報。
本局毒品罪案調查處人員接報後迅速趕赴現場，在酒店內截獲涉案香港男子，在其入住的房間內搜獲一個改裝後插有兩支吸管之水瓶。涉案男子承認，此水瓶是其在房間內吸食“冰”毒時所使用工具。經檢測，涉案男子的尿液樣本對毒品呈陽性反應。
根據調查結果，本局以不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪和不適當持有器具或設備罪，將涉案男子移交檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源。
Hong Kong man arrested for drug-taking
At noon of 14th December 2024, a staff person of a hotel in Cotai district found a water bottle suspected being used for drug-taking in a guest room. According to the“Hotel Industry Public Security Notification Mechanism” established between the industry and the Judiciary Police, the person-in-charge of the hotel immediately made a notification.
Personnel of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police rushed to the scene after receiving the report and intercepted the involved Hong Kong man in the hotel, finding a water bottle modified to insert two straws in the room he stayed. The involved man admitted that the water bottle was the tool he used for taking the drugs “ice” in his room. Examination to the urine sample of the involved man yielded positive result to drugs.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs.
Detido um homem de Hong Kong por consumo de droga
Ao meio-dia de 14 de Dezembro de 2024, funcionários de um hotel do Cotai encontraram no quarto do hotel uma garrafa de água usada supostamente para consumo de droga, o responsável do hotel notoficou de imediato a PJ através do “Mecanismo de comunicação de segurança com o sector hoteleiro”.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes deslocou-se imediatamente ao referido hotel e deteve um homem de Hong Kong envolvido no caso. No quarto, foram encontrados uma garrafa de água adaptada, na qual estavam inseridas duas palhinhas. O detido admitiu que a garrafa era um instrumento que usava para consumir “ice”. O teste à urina do detido resultou positivo à droga.
Com base nos resultados obtidos, o homem foi presente ao Ministério Público por consumo de estupefacientes de substâncias psicotrópicas e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. A PJ continua à procura da origem da droga.
