四男女分別涉搶劫罪及袒護他人罪被捕
2024年12月27日凌晨約3時，本局接獲治安警察局通知，稱澳門北區一便利店附近發生搶劫案，男事主被搶走一枚價值8,700澳門元的手錶，本局隨即派員跟進處理。
本局搶劫罪案調查科人員向事主查問，事主聲稱同日凌晨2時許，其獨行至案發地附近時，與兩名男子碰撞後遭毆打，手錶被奪。經本局人員深入追問後，事主承認案發前曾與一名女子在附近住宅大廈進行性交易，並因金額問題發生爭執。爭執後，他離開單位時即遭兩涉案男子毆打致傷及搶去手錶。經法醫檢查事主傷勢，評定為普通傷害。
經偵查，本局人員發現兩名涉案男子在案發後分乘的士逃竄。其中第一名涉案男子前往新口岸區與一名女子在大廈單位會合並變裝匿藏，第二名涉案男子則搭乘另一名女子預早安排之的士離開。
本局人員仔細追蹤後，於同日早上在匿藏單位內逮捕兩名涉案男女，亦於同日下午先後在第二名涉案男子的工作地點，以及在協助逃脫女子的住所內將餘下兩人截獲。四名涉案人均拒絕配合。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將兩名涉案男子，同時以袒護他人罪將兩名協助逃脫女子，俱悉數移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查被搶手錶及作案工具的下落。
Four persons arrested for robbery and personal favouritism respectively
At around 3 am on 27th December 2024, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that a case of robbery had taken place near a convenience store in the Northern district, in which the male victim had been robbed of a watch worth MOP 8,700, thus immediately dispatched staff persons for follow-up.
Personnel of the Robbery Offences Section inquired of the victim, who stated that at around 2 am of the same day, when he passed by the location of the occurrence alone, he was battered by two men after colliding with them and was robbed of his watch. He admitted after in-depth inquiry that he had conducted sex transaction with a woman in a residential building nearby before the case took place and had a quarrel due to the transaction amount. After the quarrel, he was battered to injury and robbed of his watch by the two involved men right after he left the flat. Medical examiner determined that common impairment had been inflicted to the victim.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police found in the investigation that the two involved men had fled by taxis separately after the occurrence. One of the involved men went to the ZAPE district to join a woman in a flat of a building then hid himself after changing his outfits, while the second involved man left in a taxi prearranged by another woman.
After meticulous tracking, personnel of the Judiciary Police arrested two of the involved men and women in the flat they were hiding on the morning of the same day, then successively intercepted the second involved man at his workplace and the woman assisting the escape at her residence on the afternoon of the same day. All the four involved persons refused to cooperate.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery and the two women assisted in the escape for the offence of personal favouritism, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the robbed watch and the tools for the perpetration.

Por volta das 03h00 do dia 27 de Dezembro de 2024, a PJ foi notificada pelo CPSP que tinha ocorrido um caso de roubo junto a uma loja de conveniência da Zona Norte de Macau e no qual, um relógio de um homem, no valor de 8.700 patacas, tinha sido roubado. A PJ enviou logo pessoal para investigar.
A vítima declarou que por volta das 02h00 daquele dia, quando se aproximava sozinho ao local de ocorrência cruzou-se com dois homens, os quais agrediram-no e roubaram-lhe o relógio. Na investigação, a vítima confessou que antes da ocorrência do crime, teve uma relação sexual com uma mulher num edifício habitacional nas proximidades do local e depois, teve com ela um conflito relacionado com o dinheiro. Quando ele saiu do local, os dois homens agrediram-no e furtaram-lhe o relógio. O exame do médico-legal concluiu que as lesões da vítima tinham sido leves.
Na investigação verificou-se que depois da ocorrência do crime, os dois suspitos apanharam um táxi e fugiram do local. Um deles entrou num edifício habitacional do ZAPE para se encontrar com uma mulher e depois trocou de roupa e escondeu-se, enquanto o outro apanhou um táxi que outra mulher anteriormente lhe arranjou.
Na mesma manhã foram detidos o homem e a mulher no domicílio onde os dois se escondiam. Naquela tarde, foram detidos o outro homem no seu local de trabalho e a mulher, que o ajudou na fuga, na sua casa. Os quatro detidos recusaram-se a colaborar na investigação.
De acordo com as provas obtidas, os dois homens e as duas mulheres foram presentes ao MP, por roubo e favorecimento pessoal, respectivamente. A PJ continua à procura do relógio roubado e dos instrumentos usados no crime.
