三內地漢涉剝奪他人行動自由就擒
2024年12月27日，本局接獲治安警察局通知，稱有一名內地女子被禁錮在路氹城區某酒店客房內，本局有組織罪案調查處隨即派員跟進。
案情顯示，2024年3月，案中女事主因父親患病需要資金治療，經首名涉案男子介紹，在路氹城區某酒店內向一名不知名男子借款3萬港元。借款條件為每日需支付500元人民幣的利息，且需在一個月內還清欠款。女事主隨後按條件每日還款500元人民幣，但在還款至第17天，因無力償還，便停止了還款。
直至2024年12月27日凌晨，首名涉案男子與隨行兩名涉案男子在路氹城區某酒店內偶遇女事主，並強迫女事主一同前往酒店客房內，意圖追討欠款。在客房內，首名與次名涉案男子分別利用言語強迫女事主在短時間內還款，而另一名涉案男子則負責監視女事主在房間內的活動。最終，女事主以籌集資金為由聯繫朋友代為報警求助。
本局迅速派員到涉案酒店房間內將三人逮捕，並成功解救女事主。綜合調查結果，證實女事主被三名涉案男子禁錮的事實。本局以剝奪他人行動自由罪將上述三名男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Three mainland men arrested for deprivation of other’s freedom of movement
On 27th December 2024, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that a mainland woman had been locked up in a hotel room in Cotai district. Personnel of the Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police was immediately dispatched for follow-up.
Case details revealed that in March 2024, by the introduction of the first involved man, the female victim had borrowed HKD 30,000 from an unknown man in a hotel in Cotai district for the medical treatment of her father’s disease, on conditions of a daily interest payment of RMB 500 and full repayment within one month. The female victim then repaid RMB 500 every day as per the condition, but stopped the repayment on the 17th day as she was no longer capable of paying the amount.
Until the wee hours of 27th December 2024, the first involved man and the two involved men accompanying him encountered the female victim in a hotel in Cotai district, then coerced her to a hotel room for dunning the debt. In the guestroom, the first and second involved men had verbally coerced the female victim into repaying the debt within a short period of time respectively, while another involved man was responsible for monitoring the female victim’s movement in the room. The female victim eventually got in touch with a friend to report to the police on her behalf on the pretext of fund raising.
The Judiciary Police swiftly dispatched personnel to the involved hotel room to arrest the 3 men and rescue the female victim successfully. Integrating investigative results, the fact that the female victim had been locked up by the 3 involved men was confirmed. The Judiciary Police transferred the 3 aforementioned men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of deprivation of other’s freedom of movement.

Em 27 de Dezembro de 2024, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP de que uma mulher do continente tinha sido sequestrada num quarto de hotel do Cotai. A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Crime Organizado enviou de imediato pessoal para investigar o caso.
Apurou-se que em Março de 2024, como o pai da vítima precisava de dinheiro para o tratamento de uma doença, ela pediu emprestados 30.000 HKD a um desconhecido, apresentado por um homem (primeiro suspeito), num hotel do Cotai. As condições deste empréstimo eram pagar os juros diários de 500 RMB e devolver todo o dinheiro emprestado dentro de um mês. Assim, de acordo com as condições acordadas, a vítima pagou 500 RMB por dia. Após 17 dias do pagamento, a vítima não conseguiu devolver mais dinheiro.
Na madrugada de 27 de Dezembro de 2024, o primeiro suspeito e outros dois homens que estavam com ele, encontraram a vítima num hotel do Cotai, exigiram que fosse para um quarto do hotel para a forçarem a pagar dívida. No quarto, dois homens (o primeiro e o segundo) forçaram verbalmente a vítima a devolver a dívida num curto espaço de tempo, enquanto o terceiro, ficou à guarda da vítima no quarto. No final, enquanto a vítima estava a pedir a um amigo para juntar o resto do dinheiro, pediu-lhe também para chamar a polícia.
A PJ enviou imediatamente pessoal para o local, conseguiu resgatar a vítima e deteve os três homens. Na investigação, apurou-se que a vítima foi sequestrada pelos três detidos, assim foram presentes ao MP por sequestro.
