兩男子分涉搶劫及收留被捕
2024年12月26日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生在新口岸區某娛樂場外的搶劫案。
案情顯示，女事主與第一涉案男子曾為情侶。分手前，該男子欠女事主款項並失聯。12月25日，女事主在澳門遊玩時巧遇該男子，提出還款要求。晚上11時許，兩人行至新口岸某處期間，該男子將自己的往來港澳通行證交予女事主以保證不會逃走。隨後，女事主整理財物時取出1萬港元現金，突遭該男子拍打頭部並搶走現金，後推撞女事主逃跑。女事主立即報案。
本局搶劫罪案調查科人員展開調查，發現第一涉案男子逾期留澳。12月26日中午，本局在新口岸區某大廈單位內截獲第一涉案男子及第二涉案男子。調查顯示，第二涉案男子在第一涉案男子逾期逗留期間提供住處。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將第一涉案男子、以收留非法入境或非法逗留的人罪將第二涉案男子，一併移交檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查贓款下落。
Two men nabbed for involvement in robbery and provision of shelter respectively
On 26th December 2024, the Public Security Police Force transferred a robbery case that had taken place outside a casino in the ZAPE district to the Judiciary Police.
Case details revealed that, the female victim and the first involved man had been lovers before. Before the duo broke up, the man owed the female victim money but was eventually out of reach. On December 25th, the female victim ran into the man while travelling in Macao, and asked him to pay her back the money. At around 11:00 p.m., while the duo were walking towards an area in the ZAPE district, the man handed his Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao to the female victim, so as to guarantee that he would not flee. Subsequently, while the female victim was tidying up her belongings, she took out HKD10,000 in cash. Suddenly, she was struck on the head by the man who then snatched her cash. After that, he shoved the female victim and ran away. The female victim lodged a complaint immediately.
Personnel of the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation, and discovered that the first involved man had overstayed in Macao. At noon on December 26th, the Judiciary Police intercepted the first and the second involved men inside an apartment of a building in the ZAPE district. Investigation revealed that, the second involved man provided a lodging place to the first involved man during his period of overstaying.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the first involved man for the offence of robbery, as well as the second involved man for the offence of sheltering illegal immigrant or illegal stayer to the Public Prosecutions Office together, while continuing to track down the whereabouts of the ill-gotten gains.

A PJ recebeu, em 26 de Dezembro de 2024, um caso de roubo ocorrido nas proximidades dum casino do ZAPE, transferido pelo CPSP.
Na investigação, soube-se que a vítima, do sexo feminino, e o primeiro suspeito eram namorados. Antes da separação dos dois, o homem devia dinheiro à mulher e tornou-se incontactável. Em 25 de Dezembro, a vítima encontrou o homem quando estava em Macau e exigiu-lhe o dinheiro que lhe devia. Por volta das 23:00, quando os dois chegaram a um local do ZAPE, o homem entregou à mulher o seu salvo-conduto para deslocação a Hong Kong e Macau para garantir que ele não fugiria. Posteriormente, a vítima arrumou os seus pertences e tirou 10.000 HKD em dinheiro, o homem, de repente, deu-lhe um golpe na cabeça, roubou-lhe o dinheiro, empurrou-a e fugiu. Esta informou de imediato à polícia.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação e descobriu que o primeiro suspeito estava com visto de permanência caducado. Ao meio-dia de 26 de Dezembro, a PJ deteve o primeiro e segundo suspeitos no apartamento dum edifício do ZAPE. Ficou apurado que o segundo suspeito forneceu alojamento ao primeiro durante o período em que este permaneceu sem visto.
Conforme os resultados obtidos na investigação, o primeiro suspeito foi presente ao MP por roubo, enquanto o segundo por acolhimento de pessoas em situação de imigração ilegal. A PJ vai continuar à procura do dinheiro roubado.
