內地漢涉為賭博的不法借貸就逮
2025年5月11日晚，內地男事主因借款賭敗後無力償還而被人尾隨討債，遂致電治安警察局求助，治安警察局隨後將案件轉介本局跟進。
本局博彩罪案調查處人員迅速部署，成功在本澳中區一酒店房間內救出事主並拘捕一名涉案內地男子。經查，事主曾向涉案內地男子及其五名在逃同黨借款10萬港元賭博，條件為簽署借據、先扣起6,000港元作利息、在賭局中以特定點數勝出時需抽取投注額兩成作額外利息，以及以一輛價值26萬港元的車輛作抵押。事主同意後被涉案內地男子及一名在逃涉案人帶到新口岸區一娛樂場賭博，過程中被抽取4萬港元利息。同日晚上事主輸光借款後隨即被帶到涉案酒店房間內，期間伺機報警求助。
本局根據調查所得，以為賭博的不法借貸罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Mainland man arrested for illicit money lending for gambling
On the night of 11th May 2025, when the mainland male victim gambled away all the money he had borrowed and was unable to repay the debt, he was tailed and urged for repayment by someone. As such, the victim called the Public Security Police Force for help, and the case was then transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow up.
Officers of the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police swiftly deployed, and successfully rescued the victim inside a hotel guest room in the Central district of Macao, with one involved mainland man arrested. Investigation revealed that the victim had borrowed HKD100,000 for gambling from the involved mainland man and his five accomplices at large, on the conditions that an IOU had to be signed, HKD6,000 had to be withheld in advance as interest, 20% of the stake had to be withdrawn as extra interest upon each winning game at a specific point, and a car worth of HKD260,000 had to be surrendered as a collateral. Upon agreeing to the terms, the victim was escorted by the involved mainland man and another involved person at large to gamble at a casino in ZAPE district. During the process, HKD40,000 was withdrawn as interest. On the same night when the victim had gambled away all the borrowed funds, he was immediately taken to the involved hotel guest room, where he took the opportunity to call the police for help.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of illicit money lending for gambling, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large.
Detido um homem da China continental por emprestimo ilícito para jogo
Na noite de 11 de Maio de 2025, por não conseguir devolver o dinheiro que pediu emprestado e que perdeu ao jogo, um homem, da China continental, foi perseguido por alguém que tentava recuperar o empréstimo, este ligou ao CPSP para pedir ajuda. De seguida, o CPSP transferiu o caso para a PJ.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo organizou a acção rapidamente, conseguiu salvar a vítima e deteve um homem do continente envolvido no caso, num quarto de hotel situado na zona central de Macau. Na investigação, soube-se que a vítima tinha pedido 100.000HKD emprestados para jogar, ao detido e aos seus cinco cúmplices, agora em fuga, na condição de assinar um recibo de empréstimo, retenção de 6.000 como juro, cobrança de 20% do valor das apostas como juros adicionais nas jogadas ganhas com determinados número de ponto e utilização de um veículo avaliado em 260.000 HKD como garantia. Depois de consentir, a vítima foi levada para um casino no ZAPE para jogar, pelo detido e por outro, e foram-lhe cobrados 40.000 HKD como juro durante o jogo. Na mesma noite, logo após ter perdido todo o dinheiro emprestado, a vítima foi levada para o quarto, durante este período pediu ajuda à polícia aproveitando de uma oportunidade.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por empréstimo ilícito para jogo. A PJ continua à procura dos restantes cúmplices em fuga.
