本澳男子涉強姦、勒索未遂及職務之僭越等罪被拘
日前本局搶劫罪案調查科於調查一宗勒索及職務之僭越案件期間發現涉案本澳男子尚涉其他同類犯罪，故另立案卷調查，並於2025年5月12日上午成功尋獲內地女事主。
案情顯示，女事主於2025年5月8日清晨在新口岸區一娛樂場外遇到涉案本澳男子，對方尾隨其至附近一酒店大堂後，向其展示一張證件並自稱警察，要求搜查其所住房間。事主信以為真，遂帶同對方返回案發酒店房間。涉案本澳男子在房間內搜獲賣淫工具後，即以帶返警局調查作威脅強迫事主發生性行為，事主因害怕而就範。其後涉案本澳男子再將事主帶到同區一押店附近，迫令事主將其手機應用程式內的所有存款套現，再典當手機並交出所得款項，期間事主乘機致電其友人求助。友人到場後要求涉案本澳男子支付肉金，涉案本澳男子遂交出一條金屬項鏈作抵押，聲稱稍後交款贖回後離開。未幾事主接獲對方來電稱將舉報事主搶劫，事主遂將該項鏈交予警方並報稱項鏈乃街上拾得。
2025年5月12日，本局人員在涉案本澳男子住所內將其截獲。經查，涉案本澳男子向事主所展示之證件僅為“職安卡”，而其作抵押的金屬項鏈亦無任何價值。本局根據調查所得，以強姦、勒索（未遂）及職務之僭越等罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其是否涉及其他案件。
Local man apprehended for rape, attempted extortion and usurpation of duty
While investigating a case of extortion and usurpation of duty earlier on, the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police found that the involved local man was also involved in other similar crimes. A case was thus established separately for investigation, with the mainland female victim successfully found on the morning of 12th May 2025.
Case details revealed that the female victim had met the involved local man outside a casino in the ZAPE district on the early morning of 8th May 2025. Having followed her to the lobby of a hotel nearby, the opposite party showed her a document and self-claimed as a policeman, requesting to search the room she was staying. Without doubt, the victim therefore brought him back to the hotel room where the case took place. After seizing prostitution tools in the room, the involved local man threatened the victim to have sex with him or else he would bring her back to the police station for investigation, thus the victim agreed out of fear. Later, the involved local man brought the victim to a pawn shop nearby in the same district, forcing the victim to cash out all the savings in the apps of her mobile phone, pawn her mobile phone and giving him all the money. During this period, the victim seized the opportunity to call her friend for help. Her friend requested the involved local man to pay the prostitution fee when she arrived. The involved local man thus handed them a metal necklace as collateral, claiming that he would return with money to redeem the necklace before he left. Soon after that, the victim received a phone call from the opposite party, stating that he would file a case against the victim for robbery. The victim thus handed the necklace to the police and reported that she had found it on the street.
On 12th May 2025, the personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved local man in his residence. Upon investigation, the document that the involved local man had shown to the victim was only an “occupational safety card”, while the metal necklace used as collateral was of no value. Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of rape, extortion (attempted) and usurpation of duty, while continuing to investigate whether he was involved in other cases.
Detido um homem de Macau por violação, tentativa de extorsão e usurpação de funções
Na investigação de um caso de extorsão e usurpação de funções, a Secção de Investigação de Crimes de Roubo descobriu que o homem de Macau, envolvido no caso, estava ainda relacionado com outros crimes semelhantes, instaurou portanto outro processo de investigação e conseguiu encontrar a vítima, da China continental, na manhã de 12 de Maio de 2025.
A investigação revelou que, na manhã de 8 de Maio de 2025, a mulher, vítima do caso, encontrou o suspeito no exterior de um casino. Este seguiu a vítima até o átrio de um hotel nas proximidades, mostrou-lhe um documento de identificação alegando ser polícia e pediu para fazer uma busca no quarto que alojava. Sem suspeitar de nada, a vítima encaminhou-o para o quarto de hotel. Após ter encontrado no quarto objectos usados para a prática de prostituição, o suspeito forçou a vítima a ter relações sexuais ameaçando levá-la para a esquadra para investigação. Por medo, a vítima cedeu. Em seguida, o suspeito levou a vítima para os arredores de uma casa de penhores situada na mesma zona e forçou-a a levantar todo o dinheiro que tinha depositado na aplicação do seu telemóvel, e depois, a penhorar o telemóvel e a entregar o dinheiro. Durante este período, a vítima pediu ajuda a um amigo aproveitando de uma oportunidade. Ao chegar ao local, o amigo pediu ao suspeito para pagar o serviço da mulher, o suspeito entregou então um colar de metal como garantia, dizendo que iria resgatar o colar com dinheiro mais tarde e foi-se embora. Pouco depois, a vítima recebeu um telefonema do suspeito a dizer que iria denunciá-la de roubo. A vítima entregou então o colar à polícia dizendo que o tinha encontrado na rua.
No dia 12 de Maio de 2025, o pessoal da PJ deteve o suspeito no seu apartamento. Na investigação, apurou-se que o documento de identificação que este mostrou à vítima era meramente um “cartão de segurança ocupacional”, e o colar de metal que utilizou como garantia não tinha qualquer valor. Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por violação, extorsão (tentativa) e usurpação de funções. A PJ continua a investigar se o detido está relacionado com outros casos.
