四內地漢涉搶劫就逮
2025年5月18日下午，司警局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗搶劫案。案情顯示，內地男事主與首名涉案內地男子為朋友關係，兩人於2025年5月17日在娛樂場偶遇，首名涉案內地男子墊支7,000港元現金協助事主贖回較早前抵押予他人的手機，兩人協議返回內地後再還款，其後事主留宿於首名涉案內地男子所租住的酒店房間。翌日下午，另外三名涉案內地男子前來房間內，首名涉案內地男子表示急需現金周轉，欲將事主手機典當套現，事主隨即聯絡一名朋友借款1.5萬元人民幣並轉帳予首名涉案內地男子，惟對方一直未能收到款項，認為事主賴帳，遂聯同其餘三名涉案內地男子一同毆打事主並奪去其價值13,700澳門元的手機，事主伺機逃離房間並向酒店職員求助。
本局搶劫罪案調查科展開調查，於同日傍晚在上述酒店其他房間內緝獲四名涉案內地男子，並檢獲涉案手機。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將四名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Four mainland men arrested for robbery
On the afternoon of 18th May 2025, the Judiciary Police received a case of robbery from the Public Security Police Force. Case details indicated that the mainland male victim and the first involved mainland man were friends; they encountered each other in a casino on 17th May 2025. The first involved mainland man advanced HKD 7,000 in cash to help the victim redeem his mobile phone that he had pledged to someone else earlier, and both agreed that the repayment would be made after returning to the mainland. Later, the victim stayed in the hotel room rented by the first involved mainland man. On the afternoon of the next day, three other involved mainland men came to the room, and the first involved mainland man stated that he was in urgent need of cash for turnover and wanted to pawn the victim’s mobile phone to obtain cash. The victim immediately contacted a friend to borrow RMB 15,000 and made a transfer to the first involved mainland man, who had never been able to receive the transfer. Thinking the victim repudiating the debt, he and the other three involved mainland men beat up the victim and robbed his mobile phone worth MOP 13,700. The victim then took an opportunity to escape from the room and sought help from the staff of the hotel.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police initiated an investigation and arrested the four involved mainland men in other rooms of the aforementioned hotel on the evening of the same day and seized the involved mobile phone.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved mainland men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery.
Detidos quatro homens do continente por roubo
Na tarde de 18 de Maio de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de roubo transferido pelo CPSP. Conforme o apurado, a vítima e o homem, ambos do continente, eram amigos, os dois encontraram-se no casino no dia 17 de Maio de 2025, um deles emprestou 7.000 HKD ao outro para o ajudar a pagar o empréstimo que fez anteriormente e recuperar de volta o seu telemóvel. Os dois concordaram em devolver o dinheiro emprestado após o regresso ao continente. A vítima dormiu no quarto alugado pelo homem do continente que emprestou dinheiro. Na tarde do dia seguinte, outros três homens, também do continente, entraram no quarto, e o homem que emprestou dinheiro e o quarto à vítima disse que precisava urgentemente dinheiro e queria penhorar de novo o telemóvel da vítima. Esta, contactou um amigo para que transferisse 15.000 renminbis ao outro homem do continente, só que o dinheiro não entrou na conta dele. Este o homem achou que a vítima não quis devolver o dinheiro e, em conjunto com os outros três homens que tinham entrado no quarto, espancaram a vítima e roubaram o seu telemóvel que vale 13.700 patacas. Entretanto, a vítima aproveitou um momento de distracção, para fugir e pedir ajuda a um funcionário do hotel.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação e conseguiu interceptar os quatro homens do continente no quarto do hotel no fim da tarde desse mesmo dia tendo ainda e apreendido o telemóvel em causa.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, os quatro detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por roubo.
