司警局舉辦“聖誕親子同樂日”活動 凝聚員工及家屬向心力
為促進警隊文化建設，凝聚員工及家屬的向心力，營造共融大家庭的和睦氛圍，本局於2024年12月14日在總部大樓舉辦“聖誕親子同樂日”活動，共逾500名員工及家屬參與，本局領導層及多位廳處級主管也到場與眾同樂，現場洋溢歡樂熱鬧氣氛。
活動當日節目豐富，現場設置了預防毒品、電訊網絡詐騙、盜竊和毀損犯罪等主題防罪攤位遊戲，以及進行親子競技遊戲，讓員工家屬透過輕鬆有趣的互動遊戲學習到與其生活息息相關的防罪知識，同時又能增進和諧親子關係；現場還展示犯罪現場勘查車、巡邏警車和日常警用裝備，以及安排員工家屬參觀多媒體展覽廳，小朋友們更穿上本局刑偵人員的工作背心，擔任小小偵查員，寓學習於遊戲，其樂融融。
此外，本局還安排聖誕老人及以聖誕裝飾佈置的警車到場，本局吉祥物“防騙小精靈”和“禁毒拉多”也與員工家屬親切互動，營造和諧歡樂氣氛的同時亦加深家屬們對防騙防毒資訊的記憶。
本局重視“以警為本”，積極推動警隊文化建設，持續透過多元化的活動增進團隊的歸屬感和凝聚力，以提升本局人員的工作士氣，確保專業高效執法。通過是次活動，本局冀能進一步提高員工家屬對本局工作環境及工作性質的瞭解，從而多理解、包容和支持本局的執法工作。

Judiciary Police held “Christmas Family Fun Day” activity to foster cohesion among personnel and their families
In an effort to promote the establishment of police culture, foster cohesion among personnel and their families, and create a harmonious atmosphere of an inclusive big family, the Judiciary Police organised the “Christmas Family Fun Day” on 14th December 2024 at its Headquarters building, with the participation of more than 500 personnel and their families. The Directorate ane supervisory personnel of several Departments and Divisions of the Judiciary Police were also present in the activity to share the gaiety with the participants, which was filled with a joyous and lively ambience.
A variety of programmes were held on the day of the activity, including on-site crime prevention booth games with themes including drug prevention, telecommunications and cyber fraud, theft and vandalism, as well as parent-child competitive games, enabling the personnel’s families to learn crime prevention knowledge closely related to their lives through fun and interesting interactive games, while at the same time enhancing harmonious parent-child relationship. There was also an on-site display of crime scene investigation vehicles, police patrol vehicles and daily police equipment, with visits arranged to the Multi-Media Exhibition Hall for the personnel’s families. Children even put on the work vests of the Judiciary Police’s criminal investigative personnel and acted as little investigators to learn through games, making it a joyful experience.
In addition, the Judiciary Police also arranged for Santa Claus and a Christmas-decorated police vehicle to be present at the scene, and its mascots “Anti-Fraud Genie” and “Anti-drug Labrador” friendly interacted with the personnel’s families, creating a harmonious and joyous atmosphere while enhancing their memory of the messages on fraud and drug prevention.
The Judiciary Police attaches importance to “police-oriented” approaches, actively advances the establishment of police culture, and continues to enhance the sense of belonging and cohesion of its team through diversified activities, in a bid to boost the work morale of the Judiciary Police personnel and ensure professional and efficient law enforcement. Through this activity, the Judiciary Police hopes to further strengthen the understanding of its personnel’s families about the working environment and nature of work of the Judiciary Police, so as to garner greater understanding, inclusivity and support for its law enforcement work.

PJ realiza a actividade “Dia de convívio familiar para natal” para criar coesão entre funcionários e seus familiares
No intuito de promover a cultura da equipa policial e ter coesão entre os funcionários e seus familiares, criando, ainda, um atmosfera agradável e harmoniosa nesta grande família, a PJ realizou, no dia 14 de Dezembro de 2024, no Edifício da Sede, a actividade “Dia de convívio familiar para natal”, a qual contou com a participação de mais de 500 funcionários e familiares, dirigentes e alguns chefes de departamento e divisão também se divertiram com os presentes, num ambiente recheado de alegria e vivacidade.
O programa do dia foi muito rico, instalaram-se tendinhas de jogos com temas de prevenção de droga, burla em telecomunicações e cibernéticas, furto e dano, também se realizaram jogos competitivos em família, para os familiares dos funcionários ter conhecimentos sobre a prevenção dos crimes mais comuns através de jogos interactivos e divertidos, bem como melhorar e harmonizar a relação entre pais e filhos. No evento, foram mostradas viaturas de inspecção ao local de crime e de patrulha, e equipamentos policiais, foram também organizadas visitas à sala de exposição multimédia, onde as crianças vestiram o colete de investigador e simularam uma pequena investigação, aprendendo com os jogos num ambiente alegre.
A par disso, esteve presente o Pai Natal e um veículo com decorações festivas, assim como as mascotes “Abelhinha esperta contra a burla” e “Laduo combate a droga”, que interagiram com os presentes, para criar uma atmosfera harmoniosa e calorosa e assim se enraizar a prevenção de burla e droga na memória dos familiares.
A PJ dá atenção ao princípio “Ter por base a polícia” e impulsiona de forma dinâmica a cultura da equipa policial, continua a realizar actividades diversificadas para melhorar o sentido de pertença e a coesão no grupo, no sentido de aumentar o moral do pessoal e garantir a eficácia na execução da lei. A PJ deseja, através desta iniciativa, melhorar os conhecimentos das famílias acerca da realidade e natureza do nosso trabalho, para que possam entender, tolerar e apoiar o nosso trabalho.
