本局舉行迎春座談會
本局於2025年1月21日上午舉行迎春座談會，由薛仲明局長，蘇兆強、岑錦榮兩位副局長及多位刑偵部門主管主持，約70位本澳傳媒領導及前線記者，以及內地、香港駐澳媒體代表出席座談會，雙方就社會治安形勢及警務工作交流意見。
座談會上，薛仲明局長發佈了本局《2024年刑事立案、執法工作及社區警務工作簡況》及相關附件。2024年，司法警察局開立各類案卷合共14,049宗，完成案件12,856宗，將3,323人移送司法機關處理；嚴重暴力犯罪依然維持零案發或低案發，年內發生1宗殺人案、3宗嚴重傷人案，沒有發生綁架案；販毒案有49宗，縱火案有43宗，勒索案有169宗，均按年減少。與博彩相關犯罪、搶劫、盜竊案按年增加但仍顯著少於2019年。電訊網絡詐騙升勢放緩但依然維持多發態勢；電話詐騙案有354宗，按年減少13%；互聯網詐騙案有906宗，按年增加4%，按年升幅顯著放緩；盜用信用卡資料進行網上消費的電腦詐騙案有689宗，按年增加約1.1倍。相關附件及數據資料已上載至本局官方網站（https://www.pj.gov.mo/Web//u/cms/www/202503/27154901b0m8.pdf）。
此外，薛仲明局長並就境外高薪招工詐騙、電訊網絡詐騙、涉及賭博的不法匯兌、毒品、涉及居澳外籍人士的犯罪，以及區域警務協作和科技強警等議題與傳媒代表坦誠交流。

Judiciary Police Annual Chinese New Year Meeting held
On the morning of 21st January 2025, the Judiciary Police Annual Chinese New Year Meeting was held, which was hosted by Director SIT Chong Meng, Deputy Directors SOU Sio Keong and SAM Kam Weng, and the heads of various criminal investigation units. Nearly 70 leaders and frontline journalists from various media agencies in Macao, as well as representatives of the Mainland and Hong Kong media agencies based in Macao attended the meeting. The Judiciary Police and the media exchanged their views with each other on the situation of public security in the community and the policing tasks.
Director SIT Chong Meng gave a report on the “criminal cases established, law enforcement work and community policing work of the Judiciary Police in 2024” and related attachments during the meeting. The Judiciary Police established a total of 14,049 case files of various types in 2024, with investigation of 12,856 cases completed and 3,323 individuals transferred to the judicial authorities for handling. Serious violent crimes remained at a zero-to-low incidence rate, with one homicide, three aggravated assaults and no kidnappings occurred during the year; there were 49 drug trafficking cases, 43 arson cases and 169 extortion cases, all of which decreased year-on-year. Gaming-related crimes, robberies and thefts increased year-on-year but remained significantly lower than those in 2019. There had been a slowdown in telecommunications and cyber fraud yet remained prevalent. There were 354 telephone fraud cases, representing a 13% year-on-year decrease; 906 Internet fraud cases were recorded with a 4% year-on-year increase, which saw a significant slowdown in the year-on-year rate of increase; there were 689 computer fraud cases involving misappropriation of credit card information for online consumption, representing a year-on-year increase of approximately 1.1 times. In addition, Director SIT Chong Meng engaged in a frank exchange of views with the representatives of the media on issues including fraudulent recruitment of high-paying jobs outside Macao, telecommunications and cyber fraud, illegal currency exchange involving gambling, narcotics, crimes involving foreign nationals residing in Macao, as well as regional police collaboration and technology-enhanced policing.

Encontro Anual do Ano Novo Lunar com a PJ
Na manhã de 21 de Janeiro de 2025 teve lugar o “Encontro Anual do Ano Novo Lunar com a PJ”, presidido pelo director SIT Chong Meng, os subdirectores SOU Sio Keong e SAM Kam Weng, e os chefes de várias subunidades de investigação, contou-se com a presença de cerca de 70 pessoas, entre dirigentes e jornalistas da linha de frente da imprensa local, assim como representantes da imprensa da China continental e de Hong Kong que tem delegações em Macau. Trocaram-se ideias acerca da situação da segurança e das acções policiais.
No encontro, o director SIT tornou públicos os dados relativos ao “Trabalho da PJ - instauração de processos, trabalho de execução da lei e policiamento de proximidade em 2024”. Durante o ano transacto, foram instaurados 14.049 processos criminais, o número total dos processos concluídos foi de 12.856, mais referiu que 3.323 indivíduos foram encaminhados para os órgãos judiciais. Os crimes graves e violentos mantiveram-se num nível muito reduzido. Registou-se apenas um caso de homicídio, três de ofensas corporais graves, zero de rapto; 49 de tráfico de droga, 43 de fogo posto, e 169 de extorsão, o que no total representa uma redução relativamente ao ano anterior. Simultaneamente, registou-se um aumento dos crimes relacionados com o jogo, de roubo e de furto, porém, este número ficou abaixo do registado em 2019. Embora o aumento das burlas com recurso às telecomunicações e internet em Macau tenha registado um ligeiro abrandamento no ano passado, ainda continuam a ocorrer com frequência. No ano passado, foram instaurados 354 processos de burla telefónica, o que representa uma redução de 13% e 906 casos de burla através da internet, o que representa um aumento de 4%, ou seja, uma desaceleração significativa da tendência de subida em relação ao ano anterior. Relativamente aos casos de burla informática que envolvem o uso ilegal de cartões de crédito para fins do consumo online, registaram-se 689 casos, que representa um aumento de 1,1 vezes. Para além disso, o director trocou opiniões com os representes dos órgãos de comunicação social em vários âmbito, nomeadamente, burla na oferta de emprego no exterior com salário alto, burlas em telecomunicações e cibernéticas, câmbio ilegal associado ao jogo, estupefacientes, crimes relacionados com indivíduos estrangeiros que residem em Macau, colaboração policial regional e reforço policial com recurso a tecnologia.
