保安範疇官員為新春警務措施進行工作巡視
農曆新年期間本澳節慶活動豐富，預料參與人數眾多，市面上存在一定的安全風險和治安隱患，為確保春節期間澳門的公共秩序，保障市民和旅客的生命及財產安全，於2025年1月23日，保安範疇多個部門的領導聯合旅遊局、文化局、市政署以及交通事務局的領導及主管人員，為新春節慶活動的安保工作進行了實地考察，巡視各部門的警務部署並聽取工作匯報。
巡視路線包括媽閣廟、花車巡遊路線、塔石廣場年宵市場等地，一眾官員實地瞭解各項活動的籌備情況、人群管理預案、交通管制措施、警務工作部署以及應急疏散預案等，旨在促使各單位部門能各司其職、嚴陣以待，提早完善各項規劃部署，以應對可能出現的突發事件，保障節慶活動在安全的情況下有序進行。
出席巡視的領導包括：警察總局梁文照局長助理、澳門海關葉華釗助理關長、旅遊局許耀明副局長、治安警察局梁慶康副局長、司法警察局蘇兆強副局長、消防局林俊生副局長，以及市政署、文化局、交通事務局等代表。保安部隊及保安部門將在春節前夕及節日期間堅守崗位，密切監控市面治安狀況，並根據實際情況調整警務部署，執行有針對性的執法行動，確保市民與旅客平安歡度佳節。

Public security officials inspect police measures for the Spring Festival celebrations
During the Lunar New Year, Macao is set to host a variety of festive activities, expected to attract large crowds, posing certain safety risks and public security concerns in the city. To ensure public order during the Spring Festival and to safeguard the lives and property of residents and tourists, leaders from several public security authorities, along with leaders and chiefs from the Macao Government Tourism Office, the Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Affairs Bureau and the Transport Bureau, conducted on-site inspections of security arrangements for the Spring Festival celebrations, reviewing police deployments and listening to work reports from various departments on 23rd January 2025.
The inspection route included locations such as A-Ma Temple, the parade route for festive floats, the Lunar New Year Market at Tap Seac Square, etc. Officials assessed on-site the preparations for various events, crowd management plans, traffic control measures, police deployments, emergency evacuation plans, etc. This was done to ensure all departments were fully prepared and ready to fulfill their respective duties, refining their plans and deployments in advance to respond to any potential emergencies to guarantee the smooth and orderly procession of the festive activities.
Leaders attending the inspection included Assistant to Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service Luís LEONG, Assistant Director-General of the Macao Customs Service IP Wa Chio, Deputy Director of the Macao Government Tourism Office HOI Io Meng, Deputy Commissioner of the Public Security Police Force LEONG Heng Hong, Deputy Director of the Judiciary Police SOU Sio Keong, Deputy Commissioner of the Fire Services Bureau LAM Chon Sang, and representatives from the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Transport Bureau, among others. The public security forces and departments will remain steadfast on duty before and during the holiday period, closely monitoring the situation of public security in the city, adjusting police deployments as needed and carrying out targeted law enforcement actions to ensure a peaceful and joyous festival for residents and tourists.

Dirigentes e chefias da área da segurança fazem inspecções de trabalho no âmbito do Ano Novo Lunar
Com a aproximação do Ano Novo Lunar, Macau será palco de uma série de actividades festivas, preve-se um grande fluxo de pessoas e ao mesmo tempo a existência de potenciais riscos de segurança. Para garantir a ordem pública durante o Ano Novo Chinês, bem como proteger a vida e a segurança dos bens de residentes e turistas, os dirigentes e chefias dos serviços da área de segurança, juntamente com a Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo, o Instituto Cultural (IC), o Instituto para os Assuntos Municipais (IAM) e a Direcção dos Serviços para os Assuntos de Tráfego (DSAT), efectuaram, no dia 23 de Janeiro de 2025, inspecções ao trabalho relativo à segurança nos locais de eventos e ouviram notícias o andamento desse trabalho.
Os dirigentes e chefias percorreram a zona do Templo de A-Má, a rota do desfile de carros alegóricos e a Feira de Ano Novo Lunar na Praça do Tap Seac, para se inteirar da preparação feita, plano de controlo de multidões, medidas de gestão do tráfego, mobilização do dispositivo policial, plano de evacuação de emergência etc. Pretende-se, através destas inspecções, dirigir os serviços e entidades competentes a prepararem-se e definirem os planos e estratégias com vista a melhorar a capacidade de reposta a eventuais incidentes, garantindo a realização ordenada e segura das actividades comemorativas.
Estiveram presentes os seguintes dirigentes: o Adjunto do Comandante-geral dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, Luis LEONG, o Adjunto do Director-geral dos Serviços de Alfândega, IP Wa Chio, o Subdirector dos Serviços de Turismo, HOI Io Meng, o Segundo-comandante do Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública, LEONG Heng Hong, o Subdirector da Polícia Judiciária, SOU Sio Keong, o Segundo-comandante do Corpo de Bombeiros, LAM Chọn Sang, e demais representantes do IAM, do IC e da DSAT. Durante o Ano Novo Lunar e o período que o antecede, as forças e serviços de segurança vão manter-se firmes nos seus postos, ajustando atempadamente as estratégias policiais e as operações de combate específicas em conformidade com a situação da segurança local, de forma a salvaguardar a ordem social e a segurança da população nos dias festivos.
